I received an offer on my phone so I thought I’m on vacation I will try. Usually every PH is different. This by far had complete 5 stars from beginning to finish. I ordered for pickup 30 minutes prior to closing. Female employee brought order out was so nice wasn’t angry because late ordering. She was the best I. The 5 minutes I knew her. Pizza- perfect amount of toppings and dough was spot on and I need to remind you 30 minutes prior to closing.8/9/23

Have always liked Pizza Hut and did some delivery last night. It was delivered speedily and at promised time. The pan pizza was cooked well and very tasty. Enjoyed it

I have had such a great experience with this Pizza Hut. Hands down the best Pizza Hut in Raleigh. The customer service and delivery speed here never ceases to amaze me. I live just inside the delivery zone and I have always gotten my order no more than 30 minutes after ordering. I once ordered carryout and they had to remake one of my pizzas because it was a mess up. They offered to give me the mess up too and a free drink while I waited.

It's been awhile since I had pizza hut (my kid prefers a competitor) so I don't know if the main pizza part was thinner than usual or not but since I only wanted the stuffed crust portion, I was okay with it being much flatter than the competition I'm used to. This place does the best when it comes to stuffed crust! I had no trouble ordering online and my order was ready when I picked it up 15 minutes later.

So, I’ll preface this by saying I’d had a couple issues here recently. I know most places have suffered during the pandemic, and that’s understandable. However, I did have to make a complaint. I won’t go into details.
However, I will say that, with a bit of communication, a solution was arrived to. I want to give a shout-out to Samantha for taking action and communicating clearly, and being very polite and professional across all our interactions.
With the credit that I had from the resolution, I placed an order for delivery. I am so happy! I ordered chicken wings, and they were seasoned well and cooked perfectly, and arrived piping hot! The driver was very polite (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name!) and thanks to him.
I appreciate the staff and their hard work during these trying times. I will order again!

Whoever took over management here has totally changed this place over the past year from a sad sack store of barely functional employees to a very efficient and professional acting retailer. Food is ready on time, no back up of customers waiting to pay while workers talk on the phone or yell back to others in the store. And I get the pizza I ordered rather than guessing what I got it the box. Congrats.

I never write reviews and haven't used my google account in years but I had to praise John at Pizza Hut!! I just got home from picking up my pizza from this Pizza Hut. The manager John was very very kind while taking my order over the phone prior and as I got there I saw him handle a customer being extremely difficult better than I ever could. He was polite to her and respectful and insisted on helping in any way he could even though she was being nasty and rude. He is a true example of AMAZING customer service!! After he finished with her, he had a good attitude and did not let it affect his mood. I will 100% come back to this location because of him!
