I come to this location often. Food is often fresh and if not they will correct it. Was trying to take some food home but ended up eating it all at the restaurant.

THANK YOU NEW BERN BOJANGLES!! They are great with large orders. I needed 220 sandwiches by 7 am on Sunday morning...and they were ready by 6:50 am. The manager was so nice and accommodating when I ordered at the beginning of the week and the Sunday Manager was a great guy ..helping me pack up in my insulated bags. The young girl at the register helped me carry out the order too. All around great experience ..PLUS the sandwiches are always a fan favorite! Thank you! Great location..superior service.....excellent sandwiches!

I placed a large online order and received a phone call from a very sweet lady named Charisma. I thought I had set the pickup time for 6:30, but I was mistaken and set it for 6. A few minutes before 6, Charisma called to confirm I was on my way before they dropped the food because she wanted to make sure it was nice, crispy and hot when I picked
it up! That was so thoughtful and much appreciated! I apologized about the time mix-up, and confirmed my son was on his way. Thank you for a great customer service experience. I know fast food restaurants can be really challenging to work for, and workers are often given complaints rather than praise, so I hope you see this Charisma! You’re a star!

Went back and updated from from 4 to 5 stars. Very clean food was very good and service friendly. Only thing I will sayis mop water may need to be swapped out more often. Left a dusty old kind of smell like the mop or something g hasn't been thoroughly cleaned 🤔

Had a late night drive through experience. Staff were friendly but forgot napkins and almost forgot straws until I asked. Had a long drive home and could’ve used the napkins but not a big deal.

One piece of chicken was hot out of the oil, the other two were a little older. Fries hot out of the fryer. If you can get everything fresh, it's a great fried chicken meal. Service was fast.

All around good place to eat rather it be yourself or your entire family. Great fresh food, customer service. The restaurant's interior/exterior is clean. Bathrooms and dining is clean for the most part. If you see any problems just inform staff and they are right on it! I'd recommend it to anyone. I'm there each time I'm in Jacksonville.

The food itself is usually always fresh, but every time I get the tea I’m disappointed. I’m not sure if they think tea doesn’t get sour or they aren’t thoroughly cleaning the canisters and or the, but their tea and tastes and smells RANCID every time I get it. I love bojangles tea but not from this location.

I decided to get the new chicken sandwich and should have just stuck with the tenders. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great and I really wanted it to be. Clean store and the lady that cleans the lobby is very thorough and so funny. She loves her job.. I would come back just to see her.

I waited almost 25 minutes for my bo-berry biscuit and got alot of attitude from the young lady at the window I'm not sure who it was but he seemed to be the manager/shift manager but he came out and apologized and gave me 2 extra biscuits for my troubles and the wait great management poor staff

I usually don't have issues with this location. But the drive through was long. There was someone causing a backup both placing orders and picking up order. I get my food quickly--likely because they had time to cook my food about twelve times--with that one person clogging the line. I get one car length ahead of the drive through and realized they shorted me $10. I stop suddenly and spill a large tea. All in my car. I go inside to ask about money. They had to count the register. At this point I'm late for work.
I wait outside (as instructed) for fifteen minutes. I go back inside and they've had the money counted and ready to give back to me for a while. But hadn't gone outside as they told me to find me.
I was 20 minutes late to work. And after all that, my food was cold and not worth the money or time.
I won't be going back to this location.

I held off on writing this but still feel very annoyed by my experience that I feel the need to post this in hopes that better employee customer service skills will be in place soon.
After work I walked in about 8:43 a few nights ago and as soon as I walked through the door a young girl (I remember her name but will refrain from using it) said OMG as see looked me right in the eyes I'm not taking this order as she looked very annoyed that a customer walked in, never mind the fact that the business closes at 11pm. She proceeded to walk pass me and the register and out the door to the front lobby to do whatever. Another girl who was standing beside her looked confused and didn't really know what to say. I looked in the back to see if I could see a manager to ask for but didn't see anyone that would "fit" that description. The girl walked over and told me someone would come to take my order in a minute but as shes telling me this shes looking at the girl that was suppose to take my order in the first place! Again I'm looking to the back and about to ask for the manager when the "annoyed girl" comes back with "attitude still intact" to ask if I was dinning in or out with a irritated look and tone. I almost asked her whats your problem but I felt it would be better to speak to a manager while waiting on my order then noticed I would most likely be wasting my time to do so. The whole experience seemed surreal.
I will not be coming to this restaurant again as I would rather drive a little further and go to another business I know wants customers to walk through the door. I don't want anyone fired only better trained but I do expect a certain level of respect even at a fast food establishment.
