Panera Bread - Raleigh - Photo album

Since relocating from New York, I have not had a decent bagel. Raleigh is known for biscuits, not bagels. I had a hard time finding somewhere to fulfill my craving. I was desperate and ordered from Panera but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my lunch. I decided on a everything bagel toaste
Always a solid choice when you’re craving a sandwich or forgot to pack a lunch. I order their pick 2 and get half of a Turkey avocado sandwich and a bowl of the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. Consistent quality for a decent price.
They never fill to go orders- salads are filled only half the container every time. Hardly any salad. Only a tablespoon of tuna salad on sandwich or a few skimpy pieces of chicken. They’ve cut out a lot of quality & quantity, so really all you get is bread. And if you come late in the day they are
I've had issues here with coffees being out, hot and iced, and hot coffee coming out cold - meaning they've not been changed in possibly 2 or more hours (I think), and I find the sugars being out or milks room temp; so generally the rotation of supplies and such in this Cafe could use some improveme
Customer service was outstanding. OUTSTANDING! By far the best dining I’ve experienced including higher end downtown restaurants. Spacious seating and various options from outside to fireside to booths. All the staff were friendly even during lunch rush hour. What an amazing team!
My 93-year-old friend and I had lunch at this Panera yesterday, and our order was taken by Steven, the store’s new manager. My friend, on a walker, bantered back and forth with Steven as we gave him our order. He was so patient and encouraging. Then when our food was ready, it was hand-delivered –

Nice and clean looking inside with a friendly staff.. tried ther new sparkling water they had an it was mango orange flavored. They have self service orderin at the location 2 avoid the long
Stephanie has the best customer service ever! Thank you Stephanie for your happy and helpful service today in the mobile pick up line! Also, the food is banging!
As an indecisive family of 3, going with the Family Feast was an obvious choice. You choose 1 of 3 soups, 1 of 2 salads, 4 half sandwiches (there are about 6 to choose from), and comes with a baguette and 4 chocolate chip cookies! The soup and salad easily serve 4, and the broccoli cheese soup is al
Becca is the best! My doordash order was missing items then completely undelivered and she went the extra mile to make sure that I got my food. This is one of the best Panera locations to go to!
They will make your food with love. Trust me! I almost buy from the same location because the food is fresh, customer service is excellent and they always on time!
Good: food, employees, ambiance, tea flavors, rewards program, and when it is cold, a fireplace. Less good: food is a bit expensive for lunch. Overall, a nice Panera with ample parking (might have to park around back).
