Been a few years since I have ordered pizza from here because it wasn’t very flavorful compared to the competition. Glad I tried it again today. The Philly pizza was full of flavor and even though the new bites didn’t get great reviews I tried them anyway due to the low price. Chicken bites were full of garlic butter and tasted amazing and the Oreo bites made for an awesome sweet dessert! Order was delivered before the quoted time and my food was still warm!! Great fresh food at a very reasonable price!!!❤️❤️❤️ UPDATE 6/17/2023 Parmesan Crusted Papadilla and Chicken Papa Bites delivered piping HOT and tasted amazing!!!❤️❤️❤️ This location has a team that truly cares about their customers and what they are served!! Outstanding prices as well!!
Ordered pickup, showed up in 10 minutes and it was ready. Pizza was hot and the team members were friendly!
I was struggling to move a huge and heavy box from my car to the UPS store, two of your associates DC and Jackson saw me struggling with it, and came out right away to help me carry the box to the UPS store. What great gentlemen! After I finished my business with UPS, I came to your store to get a Pizza called “The Works” for my lunch, and it looks delicious! Can’t wait to enjoy it when I get back home! Thank you again for helping me! This is what customer service is all about! They have gone above and beyond! You just gained a loyal customer for life!
Going to give 4 stars because I feel like there is some improvement going on in this store. My Garden Fresh pizza was well cooked, ingredients were well proportioned. DoorDash delivery was fast, order was accurate, and pizza was still nice and warm, and tasted like Papa Johns pizza should.
Ordered for carry-out. Order was correct, cooked perfectly, and ready for pickup quickly. Staff was very friendly.
Friendly staff; busy at dinnertime; we walked in and received prompt service. We waited while they made our carry out pizza.
Food was good & delivery time was excellent. I got my food in probably less than 20 & it was saying 45 minutes. Only one thing I don’t know if they were going too fast. But I ordered like $4.00 worth of sauces and nothing came . So alittle disappointed there, especially since I wanted to try their ✨Spicy garlic✨ Maybe next time.
Ordered a pretty complicated pizza (half different toppings with some extra, some not) and a few different side items during the middle of dinner time. The tracker told me to expect 54-64 minutes, but the delivery person was at my front door within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
Also chose the “no contact” option which he politely respected. We have high expectations as we just moved from a place where we loved our local papa johns spot but this was great!! Everything was hot, delicious and exactly what we ordered! We will be regular customers here!
