We ordered 51 box lunches for our company outing. The GM, Jay, took my order over the phone - let me make customizations - and gave me his cell # in case there were any issues. He even let me make additions just a few hours before our order was due to be delivered. Jay was extremely easy and pleasant to work with. The lunches were delivered exactly on time and the order was perfect! I would order catering from them any time!!

I hate the shopping center, mostly because of all the terrible drivers who are there and the parking but, this is an excellent Jersey Mike's. Whoever is training the staff here is doing a great job. Jersey Mike's everywhere used to operate like this one does about 20 years ago. Finding one that actually takes pride in their work and keeping the restaurant clean and inviting to customers is an outright rarity now.

You can’t go wrong with order number 56 on Rosemary Pam bread. Go for the giant Kahuna. Go big or go home. My first time at this location. It looks clean in there and guy who served me was very friendly. I will pass through next time when I come to Raleigh.

Never disappointed! The people running this shop are great! They are very friendly (family style) and always get my order right. Actually, they remember my order now, so I don't even have to say, "no ranch!" They get really busy, especially lunch hour. I usually place my order a head of time to avoid the wait in line. Say "hi" for me, next time you visit ;)!

I love this place. Always good and staff is excellent. The only issues are they will not answer the phone. I called 10 times back to back and nothing. I thought maybe they are really slammed. So I decided to go in to place my order. Didn’t mine the wait because I love them. When I get there only 2 customers, so I called while in the store and they literally just let the phone ring over and over. What if I had a problem with my food? You guys really are great at everything but please do better with answering the phone.

Been coming here for many years and it's always good! They never mess up a call in order and our company orders at least once a week. The restaurant is clean, organized and has plenty of condiments available. They greet you nicely and they always have professional attitudes which is nice. For about 20 years it has been owned by the same guy and the employees have been there for many years. You can tell that they are happy with their jobs. I look forward to supporting this family business for many more years!

My stop here to get lunch for my fiance was a pleasant one. I ordered online and the food was ready right on time. She loved the delicious surprise. The manager was very helpful although one of the employees raised Cain over a pickle (my significant other likes pickles). We ended up settling for pickle slices.

The people were very nice with us and our orders. We've been going to this Jersey Mikes since they opened. We will keep going there inkers something happens to make us stop going there. I love the chicken salad with some bacon on it,it's really good. I tried the meatball today it was good to. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Not sure why a capicola sandwich cant be heated up in february, kind of a weird rule, and the bread on the turkey provolone tastes like diet bread or something weird, maybe this goes over in jersey but not in the burgh
