Super nice staff. There was a young man named Josh who was the SWEETEST and played the best music. Star employee! Great ice cream, of course.
It felt like it was 106 degrees today. Fortunately a heaping waffle cone of butter pecan ice cream helped to cool things off. I have to put in a plug for the waffle cone with sprinkles. The cone was so good!...as if it was made of cake batter or something. I could have ate it by itself.
First time at this location. The store is quaint and well decorated. Staff was “enthusiastic” (but slightly awkward). However, still very friendly. The milkshake I got (caramel macchiato) was delicious, although super pricey... $7.
Larry, James and Aaron were the absolute best! Great music great customer service and they helped me choose some great flavors. 10 out of 10! I’ll be back all summer long !

I've had a pretty good experience each of the three times I have visited this location. It's a nice ice-cream date with my kids and outdoor seating scenery is lovely
We visited Ben & Jerry’s in North Hills this evening. Bethany was working & she was so friendly. She helped us select our flavors & provided outstanding customer service. She made our evening!! We will be back & definitely recommend the North Hills Ben & Jerry’s!!

Ben & Jerry's never disappoints! The chocolate waffle cone was delicious. The North Hills location is right by the movie theater and is beside a play area with lots of benches. It's an excellent place to get a bowl of ice cream and enjoy people watching while the kids play in the safe zone.
Great place, was looking for an ice cream cake. Staff was very helpful finding the right flavor (free samples).
