Second time dining here and this is the chicken sandwich my son ordered. To be honest the first time we dined the food was more flavorful and our portions were bigger especially for the price . The Chicken sandwich was dry and overly cooked a bit and he didn't have much fries on his plate compared to his first experience. However the atmosphere is great dim lights and good games going on the screens . Our server was polite but kind of slow with getting drinks filled . Other than that it's an okay place to eat but the portion sizes need to be better with the pricing.

This is our first visit. Our food tasted great! Steak was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked the way I wanted. Vegetable rice and grilled summer veggies also very good. My husband's philly cheese steak was delicious as well, including the fries. Crispy and tasted great. My mixed drink was a little too strong for me, but I guess I got my money's worth? Lol! Our server was a little too busy, my husband had to wait a while for his mayonnaise. It wasn't a deal breaker though because our server was apologetic about the delay. We will be back.

Came for lunch and had the fish and chips. Fry were really good, and the fish was equally awesome. I do believe the have a new menu. Lunch was pretty fast too. Our server was excellent. Compared to my last visit, things were much better.

I have been to this Ale House a number of times, and they are always a consistent sports bar. Food is your typical pub fare, but the menu has been largely the same over the years, so you know what you're getting! Service has always been good, and prices are fair. I have also ordered delivery and that went well too. Overall a solid option, especially for late nights!

While the fries were amazing, I can't say the same for the fried chicken. It has been significantly dry with no flavor, except from the Cheetos, though the flavoring from that can only go so far.
The service had definitely been outstanding, however.

Had a reservation for 8 ended up with 14 but they pulled tables together and made it happen. Waiter was super nice and even with another big crowd, we got our food really fast. I was actually impressed. Shoutout to the Ale House. I had the Philly Cheese steak and it was just right. Definitely pulling back up!

Had a great triple sandwich ! Delicious!! So much I could only eat 1/2. French fries yummy. Tea very good. Had lunch with my daughter . Atmosphere great. Clean place. Our Server was great !!

The bacon burger was once again a home run. If I could marry this burger I would. Too bad it was devoured on sight. I've been to this alehouse, Wake Forest Alehouse, and the Glenwood one all in under 2 weeks because that's just how amazing their burgers are! I love the outdoor seating at this location as you can hang out in these cool green chairs while you wait and then eat your meal at the benches. The consistency is great across these 3 carolina ale houses in the area -- the cooks make fantastic meals at every one. I will have to say the Wake Forest one has the best fries for some reason, just a slight edge over the other 2. I would recommend any of them to anyone though. Seems like alehouse made its way into the weekend lineup because their food is addicting af.

Updated review my server tonight was nes she was great energetic and on point . The food was much much better this time around I knew it was just the busy night that caused the poor food last time.... Love u guys I'll be back as usual
Our server Lindsey was great but we waited almost half an hour for a starter's nacho and received our meal before the nachos and when we did receive nachos the cheese was literally dried onto the chips the pico was dry n lettuce was withered

The food was good. I had the Brisket French Dip. It comes with French Onion Soup instead of fries. The service was a little slow but that is pretty common almost everywhere these days.

Our waitress was great to start with but didn’t check back with us to make sure our food was ok or to get us drunk refills at all. I ordered a bacon and pimento cheese burger, was not asked how I wanted it cooked. My mother in law order the corn beef and cabbage with potatoes , the potatoes and corn beef were cold not to mention the corn beef was 3/4 fat and gristle and should not have been served. We asked for a manager just to let them know about the food to help correct the mistake. At the this point our waitress came over and threw the check down on the table, after waiting 10 minutes a manager finally comes over and says oh that’s a bad piece of meat. So then she tries to cover up the lack of service and crappy food by saying oh we are in the middle of our shift change, come on now don’t use that as an excuse when you aren’t that busy. I mean it was 345 in the afternoon and only a few tables in the restaurant. I will never visit this location again. Service. Management and food were terrible. I would highly recommend any other restaurant over this one.

stopped in on thanksgiving night to grab a drink and a few apps our server matt greeted us rite away got us our drinks placed our apps and everything came out pretty quick, my son and i enjoyed our evening food was great service was awsome it could not have been any better thanks to our server thank you

After several bad experiences (mostly long wait times for food and poor service) I swore I would never go back. Well today I did and just as always, food took forever. Two out of three of our dishes finally got to our table, both were cold and had to be re-made. By the time we got our dishes that were re-made we had been there well over 40 minutes and it was not busy. No Manager in sight, no apology from anyone besides our waitress (who was very nice). This place needs to get it together! I can understand that there can be an "off" day, but this seems to be a problem every single time!!

Stopped by to place an order for a grilled tuna sandwich and 12 dry rub wings to go. Got home, which is 5 minutes away and the wings were fresh out of the cooler stone cold. Not good at all. There's a big difference between the Brier Creek location and the location on Falls of Neuse Rd. I tried to call but got no answer. �
