Caribou Coffee offers a cozy and inviting vibe with an eclectic charm. Inside, you'll find a mix of warm wood furnishings, comfortable high-top tables with padded seats, leather chairs, and traditional wooden tables and chairs. If you prefer the outdoors, the spacious patio provides plenty of seating options, and the surrounding trees help muffle the road noise. It's the perfect spot to bask in the morning sun while savoring a delicious cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, you can count on Caribou Coffee to serve it piping hot and prepared just the way you like it, right from the first attempt. They also offer a variety of beverages, including water. However, if you're gluten free or have celiac dietary restrictions, you will find no options among their enticing baked goods and breakfast offerings. As for staying connected, the WiFi can get a bit congested during peak hours. My T-Mobile hotspot worked like a charm with a solid 5-bar connection. Caribou Coffee's low background music makes it an ideal spot for conducting phone calls, in-person chats, studying, or business meetings. The service is top-notch thanks to the staff at Caribou Coffee are a friendly and attentive bunch, with Suzanne, my personal favorite barista, setting the bar high with her warm and welcoming demeanor, helpfulness, and all-around friendliness. The drive thru is perpetually bustling, but it flows efficiently. All in all, Caribou Coffee is an excellent place to unwind, be productive, contemplate life's mysteries, or strike up conversations with new acquaintances.

Came in on a super rainy Sunday without high expectations. I was greeted by Cheryl (who is apparently new!) who had the sweetest demeanor and was very helpful while I picked out my coffee choices. Every employee was hustling and bustling and had a smile on their face. A surprisingly warm and cozy experience and I can’t wait to come back to visit this location!!

We decided to have a breakfast on the weekend morning at Caribou Coffee. Its a nice place to hang in. They have a nice outdoor sitting area as well indoor. They have a great variety of Coffee and tea. We tried Turtle Mocha which was way too sweet, I couldn’t even get half of it. Beside that we had Regular Ice Coffee and Mocha Ice Coffee which were good along with Bagel with Cream cheese and a croissant with egg white.

☕🌟 Caribou Coffee is hands down my favorite coffee spot, surpassing even Starbucks! The variety of coffee choices they offer is astounding, and I love exploring new flavors with each visit. But let's talk about their lemon loaf - it's an absolute delight! One bite, and you'll be hooked; it's truly to die for! The warm and inviting ambiance makes it a perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. Caribou Coffee has won my heart with their exceptional coffee and delectable treats. Love the rustic atmosphere. The menu options are not entirely inclusive to all the drink and food options available. Some of the more simple drinks, cappuccinos for example, are often weak or more milk-forward taking away the coffee taste.

Love this coffee shop and the arrangement and atmosphere in the dining room. Have all the coffee drinks you'd want and the service was good. Like that they have a drive-thru. They sell beans and ground coffee, as well as a cold brew version for home brewing.

Great coffee! The baristas are super helpful and polite. The coffee shop has ample to seating tp enjoy the bev and i have noticed that the drive through is pretty quick if you want to grab it on the go.

Great place. I tried the pumpkin white mocha cooler. It was so good. Definitely getting another one this week. Prices have gone up again. A large was $7. Eventually, they’ll be $8-9. lol. The drive thru was clean.

Absolutely awesome coffe, love the craft presses. Although sometimes you may have to be specific with the Barista as I went in two consecutive mornings, ordered same thing, but came out different ways.

Great coffee, tasty food (gluten free options, necessary for me!), and a spacious interior, very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating and shade available. Reasonably priced, lots of different merchandise options. Loved it, and looking forwards to going back! I highly recommend stopping by or visiting the drive through

Really good coffee, better than Starbucks in my opinion. Large Cafe with a large outside seating area. Great spot to enjoy a nice cup of your favorite coffee

If y'all don't know about Caribou in Olde Raleigh Village, you should. The coffee and food are so much better than Starbucks. Friendly and efficient staff.

Very good frozen coffees. Definitely recommend it. Will be back.

You don’t know what you’re missing out on until you’ve had the iced caramel high rise and a warmed blueberry muffin from this Caribou location. Staff are super friendly and always smiling! Nice location with cozy lounge furniture.

Fantastic customer service! It was my first time there, and they took the time to kindly answer my questions. They have oat milk, which made my day. I enjoyed a delicious oat milk, mint, dark chocolate mocha with a chicken chorizo and egg burrito. Both were delicious! I ate my big brunch outside on their patio. I took home an assiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese for my son, and he was very pleased. Overall, a great first experience!

Inside is a little cramped due to the layout of the building but it does provide for some comfortable seating. The staff are quick and nice, the food is good and unhealthy as usual.
