This place is solidly okay. The food is good, and there is a good selection of eateries. The atmosphere is nice as welll. My issue is that everything is $2-$5 more expensive than it should be. For example, I had an entree and a can of soda and it was $17. It tasted good, but I think it was a bit much for a food hall. They do have a nice outside too.
Raleigh has a couple food halls. Transfer co. probably the best one out of the 3. Outside parking has more space and options. Interior space is better to accommodate more people. It used to be an old garage I think and the developers transformed it into a food hall, therefore the aesthetically different than just a brand new building.
A couple choices eat of course, from American to Asians and Tex Mex.
Close to downtown Raleigh, you can walk there after your meal if you want to.
Feel like there could be more than a few "staples" that stick around, but usually pretty consistent and love having burial right next store. Not a bad place if you are unsure what you are in the mood for. Outdoor patio is nice.
Transfer is a staple food hall near downtown Raleigh.
They have a good variety of food, Indian, Spanish, American, Italian, Asian.
They have plenty of seating inside and out. And have a 2nd floor for extra seating.
Since we tried the food hall in Durham yesterday, we had to try the food hall on our stop in Raleigh. Cool place, chill vibes, lots of food options from burger and salads, to empanadas and deserts! They had a bar as well, and lots of seating. Definitely stop by if you find yourself in Raleigh.
I’ve only been here twice but both times I was pretty happy. They have lots of choices since they are a food court. I got the tacos and they were yummy. It was like 13$ for two tacos that came with chips and salsa and a drink, so reasonable prices. They have a full bar and cocktails but I didn’t get any. There is all types of food/ dessert options and the place is really cool overall. I’m excited to try other places in here.
Transfer Co Food Hall
An interesting place …. an excellent food hall with a good variety of cuisines available. You have Argentinian empanadas, Indian fare, the ubiquitous burger and some wonderful sandwiches. Something to please everyone.
Alcohol is on sale too … for those who need it. We had a pleasant time at lunch … Relaxing and amazing food to enjoy.
Great and diverse food options! Loved the empanada. This place is quite and peaceful. There are many plants.
Great food and variety. Cool laid back atmosphere.
I really love this place. Been coming here for a few years now. Food choices are great and the open, yet cozy atmosphere is very unique. I love sitting in the upstairs loft with a view of the entire hall. They play great music, too, at the perfect level where you can still have a conversation.
