On a snow day, the staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. The sub was made neat and correctly. The sub was also very tasty.

Jersey Mike's is the real deal for subs. This one of the few places that reminds me of home in New York. New York is home of a good sub. The #8 here is delicious. The subs are always fresh, soft bread and best of oil seasoned with herbs and oil/ vinegar. The wrap all the subs like a present. Neatness is the closest thing to godliness.

I had a great to-go lunch today. They were friendly and fast despite it being during the lunch rush on a double points day! They lost a star mostly because this location doesn't have large deli pickles, but also because they were out of Mrs. Vickie's Sea Salt chips and because I didn't see any feedback cards out for me to make the suggestion about the pickles..

I just grabbed a quick lunch here and the staff was amazing! At your usual fast food joint you order your food and they give you your order, and you move on. However, at Jersey Mikes it was more of an experience. I was placing my order the staff asked me how my Thanksgiving was, they asked me about football and things of that nature. They really connected with me as I placed my order. It’s little things like that make a difference. KEEP IT UP!

Great location. This Jersey Mike's makes a great team. Everyone prides on customer service. Efficient. With great personalities too. They seem to work well under pressure during heavy lunch rushes. More than I have seen at other Jersey Mike's, so the manager must be doing something right!
That tall caramel Prince (in red shirt) they got working in there, with the curls? Shame he doesn't come with the sandwich combos, in a "to go" box. His pretty brown eyes sometimes distract me from what I wanna order on my sub, but that's okay! He can put his sandwich meat on my bun anyday. 😍😂😂 ❤💪
My favorite subs are the club and cheesesteak. I'm sure the other ones are great too.
And the sweet tea is yummy to my tummy. Unfortunately I feel like Winnie the Pooh when I walk out, but good food does that. 😋

Literally the NICEST staff I've ever seen at a sandwich shop. They were so friendly to every single customer that walked in(whether the customer was friendly or not). Every single employee I came into contact with engaged in conversation with me. I felt very welcome there! 5 stars for sure!

We went there tonight (6/29) about 8:30 and the young dark haired guy who waited on us was very personable and remembered what we regularly order. We enjoyed working with him and enjoyed the sandwich he made very much.

I come here occasionally to get a quick bite, this time I was waiting for my oil change just up the street. Subs are usually pretty well stuffed with meats, and is always tasting fresh. A little expensive, but still pretty good quality.

Eleanor is incredible. I came in, unknowingly, right before closing. She helped me with a smile on her face. Right before I paid, a very disgruntled customer came up trying to get a refund she did NOT deserve. Not only did Eleanor handle her with grace and dignity, she was able to still manage her staff to help the other customers. I don't personally know her, but I feel Eleanor is an incredible employee and would gladly recommend this restaurant just to see her! She deserves all the raises!
