Review Boylan Bridge Brewpub - Raleigh

Beautiful view! This was a very cool spot to hang out and have drinks. The food was good, the waitress was sweet and very helpful. I’m glad we got to come here on the last night it was open. At least I can say I was there once!

Food wasn’t the best, though the sesame wrap was decent. Don’t come for the food. This is a great place for a drink and sitting outside with a good view. Not too busy during the week but picks up on the weekends. You’re right by the train station, so it can be cool to listen to and watch the trains!

Love this place! The views are superb and the food is very good! Great place to take a dog! Wait staff is eclectic, very capable and attentive. 5 paws up!

Good food... Great beer... Greater view. Definitely will return. Updated review... I had the fish and chips and I can say the flavor was good (peppery), but the batter was a little too thick for my tastes. The selection of beers is limited, but the beers they have are the most local beers (about 20 feet away). Great craft beer! The view is what is the most amazing! Will need to return on a summer night and sit outside taking in the vast, beautiful skyline! The place was not busy on a Saturday, which seemed weird, but we got a table for 10 people rather easily. They have a great map of the United States and of North Carolina for patrons to pin where they are from, which is a cool thing to look at. They also have board games to play. Overall, very pleased with this choice. I will try something else next time when I am there, but will definitely be returning. Very cool place!

I was there last week with a family get-together. We had a delicious burger, wedge salad, and grilled cheese with soup and all were great. Plus I tried the beer (great!) And my daughter had a scrumptious old-fashioned. Atmosphere is neighborhood/rustic, service is friendly and prompt, a great neighborhood joint!

Great view at sunset and evening. Dog-friendly patio, has some rain cover. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. Other staff members checked on us. Food was a bit slow but the view is nice and the atmosphere pleasant. The onion rings were good. The grilled Romain lettuce needs improvement, I think the lettuce itself was not fresh. Our beer and cocktail were good.

Their beer is good but not great. I enjoyed the summer ale and their amber. The nachos were a good size but adding meat made them a bit pricey. From the outdoor seating area they have a great view of the city and I found their WiFi to be plenty fast enough to use for work. The servers were very attentive and friendly - I would definitely come back.

We stopped here on Sun. evening and wow, what a view from their large deck! We were pleasantly surprised by the menu options and the food we ordered was all very good. Our drinks were good, too, but their sweet potato fries were, honestly, the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. And I get them everywhere. These were perfect - thin and crispy with fantastic flavor - cooked just perfectly. Honestly I will go there again just for these fries! No joke. And I live in Durham.

Delicious fish tacos and specialty drinks. Great variety of freshly brewed beers. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with a wonderful view of the Raleigh Downtown Skyline. The outside restaurant is dog friendly and conducive to walking from the local neighborhood. A very enjoyable dinner; I will go back! I went back, with a group of friends, and got an AMAZING tour of the Brewery. Thank you, Andrew and Rob. AMAZING. We all stayed and had a fantastic dinner afterwards. We enjoyed Fish Tacos, Fried Pickles and Spicy Pepper Nachos. This place not only has the best view of the Downtown Raleigh Skyline; it has the best people, food and beer. AMAZING!!

This is a really cool place. It has plenty of local brews, great food, a beautiful design, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a lovely view of the downtown Raleigh skyline. It's a great spot for a family afternoon lunch or a date, with plenty of street parking nearby. I highly recommend it!

Awesome evening with friends on the outdoor patio. Had Endless Summer beer , which is a great lite beer. Delish salad for dinner, Emily our server was superb! We were a crowd of 40 people - coming and going- not all sitting down. She kept the drinks and food coming. Wonderful place glad they opened back up...

My favorite brewery/bar in Raleigh. I don't like beer, but their mixed drinks are incredible, their staff is the bomb, and their food is amazing. My boyfriend loves the beer. It's just a really great friendly place to pass time and get a little tipsy. 😊

The view is the reason people come -- and it's worth it. One of the best views of the Raleigh sky line. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The food isn't amazing, but it's solid and enjoyable. The beer is brewed at this location and doesn't disappoint.

One of those restaurants with an unbeatable patio, cool vibe, good craft beer, servers and cooks who are always working hard, but the management has gone downhill over the few years we've been going here. The prices have gone up a little, no big deal. The menu has changed, again no big deal. The service takes a really long time. They run out of menu items- this is a frustrating one- because it's happened at least six or seven times to us, and usually on things like chicken or sweet potato fries or pork or whole entrees. We used to really like this place, but now it's a joke for us and we take bets on what they'll be out of and how long it will take to get our order (30 minutes? 45?) And the cumulative effect is that our favorite menu items aren't served anymore, and our second choice they're usually out of, and then the third choice takes half an hour to arrive. We have great memories here but after giving two years worth of second chances, it's over. Boylan Bridge Brewpub pretty much sucks. The potential is still there- if you're a good restaurant manager, please take this place back to where it was.

Indoors very small. Outdoors is an amazing space with an unrivaled view of downtown. The food is typical bar junk. No surprises here, pleasant or otherwise. The beer is a surprise. It's good. If you're hitting breweries downtown, this one is worth it.
