I love Gigi's cupcakes. Ever time I go in there, which is often, the service is excellent. I always am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Sure I have to wait every now and then but they place is busy and waiting is expected. The cupcakes are always fresh and delicious. They do have a lot of icing on them but that is what makes them so good. They make great presents for friends birthdays, parties, office food and more. I will keep going back to Gigi's regularly!

I enjoy Gigi's cupcakes. Although the icing is piled high, you can choose to eat it all or just a little. Oberlin Rd location staff provide a friendly environment. I also enjoy when I haven't been in a while they send me an "I miss you" message with free cupcake offer. The cupcakes are moist and tasty plus you can get miniature ones too.

We hired Gigi's for our wedding. They came and set up at a reasonable time and did such an excellent job. Everything looks beautiful and we got so many compliments on their work. I am so upset I didn't get one to take home! But the cutting cake was delicious!!

Cupcakes are always moist. The icing a but much but hey, knock some of it off and enjoy the cupcake! You can't go wrong with Gigi's. I e tasted other cupcake shops in the area and they are dry compared 4 Gigi's.

As a sales and marketing rep, what is better than cupcakes to give to your best accounts? These guys are always on time and supportive of any special need. Staff "goes the extra mile" and service is top notch. Also do cakes- did my daughters birthday cake which was a huge hit. Highly recommend.

I love that Gigi's has good gluten free options (my mom has celiac disease). But they put too much frosting on in my opinion, I honestly put them in a bowl and eat with a fork. Then save half for later! The frosting is very sweet.

Ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday party. One of the kids bit into a whole finger latex glove in the icing. I was mortified but even more upset that when we called to inform them they never called us back or apologized! On top of that the chocolate cupcakes were dry.

Have wanted to try this place for the longest time. I passed by today and made my hubby turn around so I could finally try a cupcake from GiGis! I got 2 cupcakes the best selling wedding cake and also the strawberry short cake. The icing on both were good the cake on the other hand was very dry. I was very disappointed. As much as I hear people talk about this place I expected more.

Don't get the bubble gum cupcake!!! It has an awful bitter aftertaste and Gigi's doesn't offer its customers a refund or exchange. At least not at the Cameron Village location.

So my mother who is visiting from Michigan and I went there for the first time today and we purchased two triple chocolate cupcakes and a cheesecake cupcake and a wedding cake cupcake. The wedding cake and a cheesecake cupcake were great, but the triple chocolate cupcakes taste like they'd been sitting out for four days. I thought maybe it was just the icing but as we cut into it the entire cupcake was hard as a rock!! SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!

Best cupcakes ever. Hate to dismiss anyone else's feelings about them, but they're delicious. If you have a problem with the amount of icing and feeling like you don't get enough taste of the cupcake, flip it over icing side down, eat the cake part first, then finish it off with the icing.

Disappointed.. My wife and I tried the cupcakes and couldn't have been more disappointed. The icing tasted fake and had a bad aftertaste. We could not finish the cupckess. With so many "gourmet" cupcakes available these days, this chain is not worth the money.

Franchises aren't authentic. Not only could you probably make a better cupcake at home, you will definitely get better service there. This is another one of those fly-by-night operations selling overpriced packaged product. Try your local bakery...you could get better at Harris Teeter!

Yum-O!!. We've tried the Creamsicle, Caramel and Cherry Limeade...all 3 of these were DIVINE!!! We also had a black and white and double chocolate, which were only so-so. The only negative is that there is TOO MUCH frosting!! I am a frosting addict, but it is piled on so high that the cupcake flavor and texture is lost! I mean, the height of the frosting is equal to the height of the cupcake!! Whoa.
