Me & my husband came into the location this evening & I can’t express how satisfied I am with the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Food is phenomenal, the manager in charge named Brianna pointed me in the right direction as far as what to order, everything was just a 10 for us. Definitely recommend!!!!

Food is delicious, service was great. The only issue was the Mongolian beef dish is very salty, two people ordered that and same thing; the coconut curry chicken was great!

Went here for a quick dinner date with my Papi last night and it was so good. It was my first time ever trying Pei Wei and i enjoyed it. Definitely better than Panda Express. I had the beef and broccoli w/fried rice. Portion size was more than enough as well.

Delicious bowl oriented Asian. The hot honey chicken was really very hot. The serving size was really generous for twelve bucks. The place was very clean and the staff was very professional and welcoming. I will visit this place again. There's lots of parking and it is handicap friendly.

I tried orange chicken and kung pao chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good and fresh. The flavors were good. Fried rice was okay.. it's good enough that I want to try everything they have on their menu. Between orange chicken and kung pao chicken I'd prefer kung pao without the beans. The quantity is too large. On both occasions I found it very hard to finish my meal. Would definitely visit again to try out other dishes.

I received impeccable service at this location! My husband and I dined here for the first time for our monthly date night. I must say The food was pleasantly good and satisfying, the atmosphere was delightful and calming, and the Staff was very informative about the menu when asked. We will definitely be returning frequently 😋

Food is always good and delicious but what really makes this place great is how they accommodate their customers. Abbey at the Brier Creek location always goes above and beyond. I have an very bad hip and I'm in constant pain. When I order food from here, I call and ask if someone wouldn't mind bringing the food to me curbside and Abbey does every time, with a smile. She doesn't have to honor my request, but I appreciate that she does. She is an excellent employee.

My wife and I had a great experience at this Chinese restaurant.
We were greeted by Mr. Taylor, who took our lunch order of "Special chicken, " Orange chicken with garlic and abundant fresh vegetables. It was tasty and appealing.
The place was clean and the food was served on a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place.

Came here for a bite to eat and ended up finding bourbon chicken on the menu and fell in love. The portions are huge I couldn't finish mine the service was great and they waste absolutely no time preparing your food for you and it's so steamy and hot. My favorite part is the self serve fortune cookies.

My daughter and I visit Pei Wei in Brier Creek, The service was amazing. The food was hot and fresh! Tyler made our day! He approached us with a kind personality very welcoming, and helpful. When you can go to a place and see that employees are grateful to do what they do in their job. It makes a big difference. It makes you want to come back to visit! Thank you Tyler!

The food was delicious!! My first time trying this restaurant and I was very pleased!! I tried the House Special Chicken. It is listed as hot with one 🌶️ beside it on the menu but it was not hot to me at all. I don't like spicy but it was just a little kick. The coleslaw topping was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the waitress was very nice! I will definitely visit again!!

This for the Crabtree store it wasn't found but the food is good service also I had the bourbon chicken 😋 with the firecracker chicken 😋 and drizzled with yum yum sauce 😋

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I will never eat there again. The Ramen was not good. I didn't finish it because it was so bad. My food was delivered to my table without utensils. I had never eaten there before and didn't realize I had to get my own. The utensils are not located in a central or easy to identify area. I had to search for them. The environment does not lend itself to a pleasant dine-in experience. The employees were yelling all over the restaurant to each other. Employees who we're cleaning or busting tables in the dining area were yelling to people back in the kitchen. It was a bad experience. I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give no stars.

We love the food at Pei Wei. The service could be better. The staff is very hot or miss in their customer service skills which honestly doesn't necessarily bother me for the environment. Today however, the soda machine shot orange syrup on my sweater, straight line shot not a misty spay. All the manager did was give me a cup of laundry detergent to try to help it not set. I can't get the syrup off my finger washing it let alone having hope for my sweater. Needless to say I'm disappointed that no offer was made regarding my ruined sweater nor did she even off to refund part of my bill to make up for it. �

I use to love to eat at this Pei Wei, but recently they have gone way down hill. The last few times I ordered my usual ginger broccoli with beef, they have run out of 'white rice'. How do you run out of white rice?!? Then the beef is so over cooked you can't even eat it. They gave me a gift card last time because I couldn't even eat the beef it was so tough went back this time, and I am seriously tire of being told 'we are out of...' things.....you certainly need better management if you can't properly serve your customers! Pei Wei will not longer be on my lunch OR dinner list.

I use to like this place until today. I tried using the online app to place my order and it was not working. I called to place my order and the staff that answered the phone had a really bad attitude and not customer service skills. She kept asking me if I’m done with my order instead of “is there anything else for you?”. She told me 30 mins for my order and I got there early sat in my car and came in after 30 mins. I was told that my order was not ready after she rummaged around confused as to where my order is. I asked how long will it take and got an answer “there’s 6 people in front of you”. The man standing beside me told me that he’s been waiting 20 mins past what they told him his order will be ready. ����� UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
