It was not greasy at all. And the ingredients felt so fresh! I highly recommend! Once you come here, trust me you're gonna wanna come back! The service and environment was also really good.

My grandson and I try to check out restaurants that we've never been to before when we travel to Raleigh for appointments. We were on New Bern Ave, so my grandson googled the area for restaurants and he asked me if I wanted authentic Italian pizza. we found a nice quiet place called Frank's Pizza and Italian Restaurant inside of a small shopping center. The pizza we ordered was the best pizza I have eaten in quite some time. The service was exceptional and the whole atmosphere of the place made us so comfortable. We will definitely be going to Frank's Pizza again to sample the Stromboli.

Great old school pizza and pasta restaurant where the owners are actively involved and so welcoming. It was our first time there. We had pizza, salad, garlic bread, and ziti with meat sauce. It reminded me of restaurants when I was growing up in Chicago. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you. Really good food at very fair prices. But the staff make it even better.

My husband been talking about it for a long, he live in Raleigh 20 something years ago, used to come to this place all the time. My first time here, the pizza is very tasty, cream cheese cake. Also ordered an eggplant sub, delicious.

Excellent pizza with friendly staff. I ordered a Sicilian and so far it’s the best one I’ve had in the Triangle area. The price is a little more expensive for Sicilian pizza compared to what I’ve seen in other areas but the quality is certainly worth it.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The girls inside are always so sweet and remember us every time we come in. Frank is always there handling business as well.
The pizza is my favorite. The sauce is THEE BEST and the mozzarella sticks with spicy marina is my weakness. We are so glad this place is down the street from us. You can't go wrong eating at Frank's! We love our pizza well done and learned a new term...Crispy! Thanks to one of our servers we always get it right now!

I didn't have any expectations as it was my first time here. The food was absolutely amazing! A little odd that they serve everything in take out containers, but I completely understand the decision from a business perspective. Service was what you'd expect from an "order at the counter" establishment, but we never felt ignored or rushed. Their Mozz sticks are huge and their Margherita pizza is wonderful!

Love it! Love them! My son & I Always get pizza mostly the same way meatball (yes meatball pizza!) or cheese or half-and-half and the chocolate mousse (it melts in your mouth!!) I'll venture out to new things someday. We typically do take out but have eaten in. Staff are helpful and kind everytime!! Good pizza & great service keeps us coming back!!🙏🏻💙💪🏼

We really enjoyed Frank’s! We got a medium pepperoni pizza. The sauce tasted good, cheese was plentiful, and crust was good. The only thing we wish we could change was that the center of the pizza was very greasy - which could have just been a one off. No matter what, we will definitely eat the pizza again and again! And service was great!

Been eating here for years ever since I worked here back in the day! Now it's a date night must that never disappoints! Love the pizza and the steak stromboli is to die for!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about heating up my leftovers for breakfast!!!

The pizza was great, it was almost too big for the box. The area to order and pay for your food could be organized a little better. I ended up waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes because no one called my name when my order was done. Otherwise, I'd recommend Frank's especially to anyone wanting a bite to eat before or after a movie at the nearby Alamo Drafthouse.

My family and have been eating at Frank’s for around 40 years now. We’ve never been disappointed by the food or service. We consider Nasser, Paula and all of their staff as our extended family. Frank’s is the best place I know to share in celebration or to make yourself feel better. Great friends! Great food!

I absolutely love Frank's but tonight was less than stellar. So apparently on monday nights they close the dining room at 8 but no where on the website or Facebook page does it state that. To top it off the waitress was extremely rude. The waitress was on phone taking a to-go order and abruptly says "dining room is closed". No sorry for your inconvenience or nothing! It would have been nice to know that they closed dining room at 8 instead of 9 like what is posted.
