Our favorite ice cream place in Raleigh. The service is always fantastic, and they are always so patient and kind.
It seems like it’s mostly teens/college students who run it and they do their job well! They always accommodate and answer any questions we may have.
There’s only places outside to sit (there is no indoor seating) unfortunately sometimes the seats are really sticky… but it’s understandable because of the constant foot traffic.
The baby cone.. (which is a free ice cream cone for kids under a certain height) is awesome.
If you want to be impressed try to the banana split with the NY cheesecake ice cream!!

I love the Rocky Road! Bruster's makes their ice-cream daily. If your favorite isn't there, try again, but there's always something amazing. They have outside tables to eat at, so it doesn't melt in the car. I'm really glad I found this place. I'd say it's better than Howling Cow... not overpriced, and you don't have to drive too far to get it. I have been back again and again. I always leave 😊 satisfied.

So good! The chocolate raspberry tastes just like a sees candy truffle. Seriously so delicious I feel absolutely sinful. I also really loved the cotton candy with little candy pieces in it. Very impressed.

All the employees are so kind and helpful! Every time I come here there are always employees making the waffle cones in the back.
Ice cream is great, especially Graham Central Station and the Dragonfruit sorbet.
There is a bad smell sometimes, but that has nothing to do with Brusters.
There are always plenty of napkins whenever I come. Besides if there are no napkins just man up and ask for some.

Yum! Great ice cream and good service. Free cones for babies too! Only things missing are a bathroom and a working water fountain.

Wonderful ice cream spot. Fast, attentive, and always give the dog a little free treat. I wish the flavors changed more, but for being a chain…does everything right. They definitely train their employees right. Yes they’re young, but quick, polite, and accurate with the order. Thanks for being the neighborhood spot for those night were craving a sweet treat
