Chick-fil-a - Raleigh - Photo album

Phenomenal ownership, stellar General Manager (your black women) and timely and dreamlike service! The epitome of food service!
Food was wonderful and hot. The line appeared long and things seemed a little chaotic relative to a normal CFA but it seemed to move relatively quickly at noon. I made a mobile order as I always do but the people who got there just after me had their food before I did, though some of that may have b
I didn't get the managers name but he was so nice! I couldn't find parking close to my wedding ceremony and I had to walk through downtown in a heavy hot dress with painful heels. I stopped in here to get a break from the heat and get a drink. He comped everything I ordered and it was one of the nic
Excellent customer service. I visited today which was some special event they had going on. I think it was there 20th anniversary or something. I took my little cousin there, she spun the wheel and it landed on a free treat which they didn't have anymore cards for and the worker went to go get her a
I occasionally work at the Nest, just two buildings over from this Chick-fil-A, so it was almost always my choice for lunch. Despite the long lines during lunch hour the service is incredibly fast and the staff is always friendly! The only issue I've had is that the drink machines usually don't have
My kids love this place! The staff are always upbeat and helpful with a smile on their face. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and you can tell it is a clean and tightly run environment. Make sure to visit whenever you're downtown!
At the right times, you can walk up to the hot sandwiches ahead of people waiting to put in custom orders, take them to the register and pay, and be out in 2 minutes. Other times, its a bad line. Given the traffic, fries are always hot.
The best spot to get a chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. Its a shame since Mc Donalds went away with the chicken strips, but this place still has it and its 100% better. The atmosphere is really welcoming and family oriented. Its a good place to have food and fun with the family.
I was surprised to find that this Chick-fil-A is not a walk-up-and-order experience, but actually a cafeteria-style restaurant where you grab pre-made items out of various locations. That being said, the food was as good as ever.
This chic-fil-a is cafeteria style, so the common food is set out and you bring up to the registers and check out. It was cool, and sped up the process a little. If you go here mix the Buffalo and ranch sauces.
This is a self-serve style chic-fil-a. You pick up your entrees a la carte style (can still do combos) and then pay at the cafeteria style exits. The location is showing it's age but overall is well kept with friendly staff.
Very new feeling, open, and good food. As always, chick-fil-A has great service and over the top friendly employees. Even delivered my extra water.
