Tried Mariscos unexpectedly, not knowing that they took over Mi Cancun. Its a tad more upscaoe and they upgraded the decor. They have a huge menu, which to some extent made it harder to order since there were so (too) many options. Food was very good and fresh. Good portions for what we ordered. St

My wife wanted to try something new and she selected Mariscos Altamar. An excellent choice. All I can say is WOW!

First the only downside is that on Friday's there is no lunch menu, so like a couple other Mexican restaurants in the area you will have to choose from the Dinner

The mussels in a garlic butter sauce is absolutely devine and you must order the grilled red snapper. The food is delicious. I will be returning to try other dishes. And the Server named Oliver is the best. He's nice and very accommodating but not too much. He did an awesome job.
Food was so good. My date & I both had seafood dishes which were amazing. My biggest suggestion is to make it a little more cozy here, felt a little stark due to the bright lights shining on top of you. I love dim intimate lighting (yellow lighting) when I go out. Music was fun (but too loud). Also

Food was good, really unique menu, but the lighting was not good, way too cool and bright. It actually really took away from our dining experience. Swap the “cool white” bulbs with warm white, turn them down 25-50% and you’d have a whole new atmosphere.
The cleanliness, service and food was AMAZING. I got the Natural Oysters and they came with an outstanding sauce on the side. Also, hands down BEST Michelada I have had at any restaurant. I think I am going to go everyday after work for one!!! Fantastic...Keep up the good work all of you at Mariscos
