First time here, we were looking for an early breakfast close to downtown. Got free parking on the street as it was a weekend. We had the Jalapeño and Bacon Deviled eggs for appetizer, and the Breakfast burrito and Chicken and Waffle sandwich for entrees with coffee. Everything was yum and the service was great. Will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed trying this place out tonight with family. The server was really friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious with great portions. The fish and chips, meatloaf, and fried chicken (special of the day) and it was all delicious, as was the Mac and cheese.

Came here on a suggestion from a friend. We had looked online and saw the regular menu which sounded amazing but when we arrived they were serving brunch.... we were NOT disappointed. The food was amazing and service was fast and friendly. Definitely will be back!

An eclectic menu that never disappoints and great house cocktails. I had the breakfast burrito at Sunday brunch with the the tot hash and both were amazing. The spicy Bloody Mary is also worth a try. On another visit I got the dirty martini which sits prominently on top of their cocktail list, an excellent dirty martini. And I split the fried chicken dinner with my wife. The serving was generous and plenty of food for two after also sharing a salad.

Nice place to eat as it has everything you might need - (paid) parking nearby, friendly staff, delicious food and cosy atmosphere. Loved it. We had some requests for dishes not in the menu - they were accepted and turned out perfect.

I'll definitely be going back to Parkside soon! From the wine, to the mimosas, to the delicious food, I'm so happy we decided to brunch here. All of us really enjoyed the food. Our waiter was amazing too. I wish I remembered her name! Perfect location too. There's a boutique that serves mimosas next door, a chocolate and coffee shop behind it, and gaming/Bar across the street too. We end up leaving Parkside and walking to a few other places in the area.

As a newcomer to the area this was a wonderful find in the Triangle. Beef Stroganoff was best since childhood, loaded with comfort. Her French dip with the au jour was tender and bread was soft .... good pairing. Service was over the top. Excellent on all levels. BACON WRAPPED DATES were the perfect start.

Hosted a work lunch here and the service was great! Parking wasn’t too bad: street and nearby garage. Had the chicken and waffle sandwich but didn’t love it. The maple syrup was spicy and the chicken was a little dry. Mac and cheese was really good! Still had a great time with my coworkers!

Came in for brunch and was pleasantly surprised. They had a few good options that were hard to choose from. I went with the Jalapeño gravy chicken. The gravy was delicious! Not too spicy, and packed with flavor. The chicken was nice and crispy even though it was covered in gravy. All over a bed of grits that were just a good. I'll definitely be back to try more. They had a great beer selection too!

Compliments to the chef! This place is great. I love food and tried an array of things. Their is something on the menu for any palate! I've never had a more delicious grilled cheese (Aunt Nessie) they combined cheddar, provolone and brie cheeses to form an awesome combination. The bacon wrapped cheese dates were a mixture of sweet and savory. The hummus was smooth and flavorful. This was the first time I tried any kind of waffle chicken sandwich and it was a wonderful surprise. One special of the day was Captain Crunch breaded chicken which was a hit with the young ones! If you want to dress up or dress down this place won't discriminate.The service was great and our server was able to recommend and answer all questions we had. I can't wait to go back and try the salmon, meatloaf, or burger! You have to give this place a try.

This place is amazing from the hospitality of the staff to the amazing decadence of the food. I recently was married and we had our brunch here. The food was second to none. I still think about the biscuits and gravy. Go here. Stay here. Drink beers. Just a great freaking place.

What a wonderful place!!! Enjoyed our first time here during the Sunday Brunch and everything was so delicious. The Biscuits and Chorizo gravy were excellent. But I have to say, the bacon wrapped dates were the most amazing things I’ve ever tasted. There were so many different flavors and textures, it was very pleasing to my palate. I can’t wait to come back for more!!!

Too much salt literally all over everything...mac and cheese as well as all burgers and chicken over cooked, 30 minutes for a beer....such a disappointment. Will never return.

Perhaps the best breakfast i have ever had. If you are so fortunate to be there at the right time order the egg scrambler with pork belly. The Bananas Foster French Toast is also out of this world. They also make a darn fine Bloody Mary. Check it out!

My first and last visit to Parkside. We had great service provided by Akira. I went with three other people who all enjoyed their food. And actually, my food was good. The problem is, my food was cold. And I don't mean it was room temperature, like it was once hot and had cooled. I mean my prim rib, potatoes and green beans were cold. COLD! I told Akira that my food was good but it was cold. He said that he had informed the manager. We never heard from the manager and nothing was done about my cold meal. So my conclusion is this. Good location, good chef. But whoever is running the place, obviously doesn't know what they are doing. Therefore Parkside will not be there long. And I will not return.
