Capital Club 16 - Raleigh - Photo album

Amazing! Located in a historic building, the restaurant serves American-German fusion specialties. Everything was perfect: the place has a real charm, its own style (even the toilets look cool, with all their stickers) inspired by Art Deco architecture (the chairs!!!), and the staff was super SUPER
Love the overall vibe of this place. Casually cool, laid back, friendly, and the food is simple with a focus on quality. Everything tasted amazing and very fresh. PSA- you must order the shanny fries. They are exceptional. Freshly made fries cooked perfectly and tossed with flavorful herbs, plated
Rahmschnizel My wife and I came in and enjoyed some terrific German style food during Raleigh Restaurant Week. A couple pro tips, they only serve beer and wine for alcohol, no liquor. When we were there wine was $12/glass and $48/bottle which was not obvious on a quick scan of the online menu. Anywa
It was a cloudy and drizzly Wednesday afternoon. We wanted to do a team lunch and decided to go here. We didn’t have reservations but they were able to make room for us in the back. This place has some of the best sandwiches and burgers in Raleigh. Great service and great quality food. They have a
We tried this restaurant after hearing about it from a family friend. I have traveled all over Germany and finding authentic German and Central European food is somewhat challenging in NC. Everything here was great and the second I tasted my first sip of the draft beer I immediately was hit with nos
One of my go-tos in downtown Raleigh. The staff and bartenders are always attentive and nice. A great place to go for lunch, with their German inspired dishes and sandwiches. They also usually have a small selection of imported German beers available that varies based on the time of year.
Tried this place for restaurant week and also ordered off their regular dinner menu. Everything we tried was delicious and we absolutely plan to come back! It is such an unassuming place that we wouldn’t pick if we walked past it but we are so glad we stumbled across it because there is so much more
What a great restaurant Capital Club 16 is! The German fare is delicious from the potato pancakes and gulasch to the rahmschnitzel. We ended our meal with apple streusel and found it a perfect ending to our meal!
We love trying restaurants and getting out of our "box". This was in a very cool older building in downtown Raleigh that had that awesome rustic charm that we never knew was there. The staff were friendly, the Bloody Mary was just the right amount of spicy and the food was so good we ate every bite
The food was 10/10. Great flavors and very reasonable prices for what you’re getting. We came for Sunday brunch and had a reservation. Host was very kind and was clearly doing all he could to help. Our server was very very slow. She was kind but it took almost 15 minutes for her to come to our table
