I was a little disappointed. But, it was probably my fault for getting the buffet. Instead of ordering from the menu. Pizza was ok. The teriyaki chicken was decent. The ranch salad dressing really had no flavor. The lasagna and shrimp pasta was pretty good. I would probably eat here again. Next time

We had a 50th birthday party for my son. Milton’s staff went above and beyond expectations. The service alone was incredible. The food was great. The staff was beyond. Milton's was the first restaurant my mother visited when she arrived in Raleigh; her realtor took her to lunch there in 1984.

Milton's Pizza and Pasta is a nice family restaurant.
They call their pizza "Greek Style" - the regular crust is thick & has a bit of a sour dough taste. The Thin crust is a bit closer to a NYC crust, it's not cracker thin.
