Boulted Bread - Raleigh - Photo album

Excellent food! Everything had great textures, full of flavor, and were fresh. The ham and cheese croissants were very flavorful and flaky, and although I thought there was a good ratio of ham and cheese to the croissant size, I wish it was spread throughout it more. That’s a hard task given the nat
I’ve heard about Boulted Bread and have been wanting to try it since they were still in their old location a couple blocks away. I try to keep my bread carbs low so I can feel less guilt while imbibing liquid carbs. It will be a harder for me to keep bread out of my diet now that I’ve tried Boulted
Was lucky to get warm from the oven pain chocolate & a ham/cheese crossaint at 1130am. Both were delicious. Seeded bread we took home had a really great flavor & nice crust. Highly recommend
Delicious spot for crossaints and will definitely come back for more. Came around 9:30 am on a weekend, place is packed. I wish they had pre order option, to ensure your order. got the ham and cheese croissant a berry and cheese danish and a mushroom bacon quiche will be back for the ham and chees
My absolute favorite bakery in the world! The seeded Levain is addictive. Everything I've ever had there is consistently the best! The savory bread pudding is an otherworldly experience! This place is number one! #philsaidthat
My relatives that live in the area said that Boulted Bread has the best cinnamon rolls, so naturally, we had to check it out. The cinnamon rolls are not like your traditional cinnamon rolls. They seem to be made with filo dough and more croissant style. I also had a latte. The coffee and cinnamon ro
Awesome spot with an amazing atmosphere. Sam was very personable and helpful. Nice to sit and enjoy a coffee. Even let my pup join. There is usually a line but it goes quickly.
The best bread in Raleigh! The croissants are incredible, as is their loaves. The staff are friendly and get you through quickly. Plenty of seating inside to sit and enjoy or there are parks nearby too. Make shift Parking lot across the road also helps to get in and out quickly.
Limited seating inside and no outside seating kept this review from 5 stars. Their baked goods were as good as their reputation. Worth a visit and revisiting!
pulled up to this place to see a long line outside. was very annoyed (who likes waiting in long lines?) and was thinking could the pastries here possibly be so good as to stand in the winter cold and wait in a line that goes outside the bakery? the answer is YES YES YES The pastries here are SUPERB
I was trying to wait to write a review until I could take pictures of more of the pastries but I always seem to eat them too quickly 🤤 Boulted is the best! Their croissants and morning buns are incredible. They can run out quickly, so make sure you get there before 11ish on the weekend. Sometimes th
Great variety of sweet and savory pastries. Best to go before 10 when the line gets long.
Definitely the best bread spot in Raleigh. However, I have to agree with many other reviewers in that the pastries are regularly burnt. This may be a preference? I once read on a bakery website in CO that "our pastries aren't burnt, you just don't understand the craft of baking."
As Germans, we know a thing or two about bread - and these people just know what they’re doing and it’s fabulous! The baguette is so crunchy, crispy and yummy, you can eat one without any spread and be the happiest pupper. 😁 highly recommend if you’re into crust and flavours! And want some real brea
Absolutely delicious! The only thing that could make it nicer is seating in the sun. (None inside- but there is some around the side of the building.) Prob good I don’t live closer or I’d be getting all of the pastries every day. Yum yum.
Absolutely tremendous baked goods. Got the raspberry jam and ham and cheese croissant. Flaky and tasty! $10 total for these two in the photo.
My favorite bakery in the triangle area. It's always a special treat when I visit Raleigh. Their croissant dough is amazing so anything with that base is a strong dish. Worth the line.
Absolute gem! It was my first time visiting so I did not go shy on ordering. I've heard rave reviews and everyone was so so right. They had a fresh tomato and cheese tartine out of the oven, which sounds good..maybe a little plain even... but WOW it was unreal. I had the best ham and cheese croissan
