Smell the chocolate from far away! This is an amazing cute factory. Take a quick tour by yourself to learn and see the process of making their chocolate. Then stop into the tiny store and try their bar chocolate! They have samples for all their varieties and they all taste amazing. It's incredible the different flavor notes you can taste. Definitely worth taking some home with you. Their honey caramel truffles are the BEST. Super friendly staff. Open to questions and very informative.

We were nearby on a very well deserved date night and I saw this place had soft serve. Now, new to the state we have not found soft serve down here yet. I’m assuming since it’s so hot LOL so stopped in for some ice cream and some bonbons to take home to our son.
This place is super cute and we love the vibe especially coming from MPLS. They offer some samples to taste the chocolates. We grabbed some s’mores, 4 bonbons and the soft serve. Would definitely recommend and we may grab some chocolates to send back to MN for Christmas gifts of some NC chocolates!!!!!!

Free smells. Very delicious. Drinks, ice cream, chocolates, and other drink related items for sale. Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because we bought a bunch of stuff and were never offered samples. As we waited for our ice cream others were given samples. I would have liked to try other flavors. I might have bought more. I’d come back they have a nice outdoor seating area.

I love that even if you don’t like dark chocolate you can still go here for the educational purpose and there’s a coffee shop inside. The ease of getting a free sample or 2 is awesome and welcoming. Ended up just getting a bag of chickadee covered popcorn but also stopped by the coffee shop and got some coffee beans (you do have to grind them yourself) and a chocolate drip. Very cool that they have so many coffee flavors.

The place gives you the vibe of being inside a chocolate factory, the smell of chocolate is in the air and they have free chocolate bar samples pieces so you can try and pick your favorite. We got ice cream and a Videri drink It was pretty good. The self-guided tour is interesting and you can enjoy getting to know the process of chocolate making.

Giving them 4 stars because I didn't order anything. I was so excited to try the chocolate but Im not a fan of dark chocolate which is literally the only kind of chocolate they serve. I missed that part. It smells absolutely amazing when you walk in.
They do have coffee and ice cream too.
Please Videri can we get some milk chocolate?

I visited this chocolate factory yesterday as part of my Mother's Day celebration. This was my first time visiting this factory. It seems to be quite popular as there were lines to buy chocolate as well as lines to buy coffee.
It's a bit small inside, and it was crowded yesterday. The chocolate was rich and there were a variety of different tasty flavors. What I enjoyed most about this visit, however, was that they allow their customers to tour the actual chocolate factory. Although the factory workers were off during the weekend, it still gave me a good idea of what happens and equipment that is used.

Absolutely loved it! The aroma in the shop hits you hard, and it is a pure delight. The coffee was great, one of the best I have had, the chocolates were amazing, make sure you take some with you for your loved ones, they will cherish it for sure. The ice cream was great as well. The staff was very courteous and patient. And chocolate tasting! Don't miss it.

Quality Chocolate is like fine wine and pairs well. Videri brings this unique experience of chocolate tasting to Downtown Raleigh. I enjoyed our visit this afternoon and intend on coming back. They offer free chocolate samples, a cute coffee bar, patio and ice cream !!!!!! Perfect for a cute date night.
The service here was excellent. We sampled a few of the chocolate flavors sea salt, walnut, and a new personal favorite the Dark Milk crunch spicy vesta chocolate. Infused with habanero and scotch bonnet peppers ! I took this one home at $9. I donated my change to the local Women's Center where I have volunteered at in the past. I'm sure you're reading this, accustomed to buying chocolate for a dollar. The cheap kind. Remember, anything worth enjoying is rarely ever free or cheap. If you're pinching pennies, just go for the samples and self guided tour of how chocolate is made.

Videri should be at the *top* of your “must-see” list when you visit Raleigh! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The space is inviting, comfortable and charming. I placed an order for chocolate and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great experience. We came for the coffee at Black & White and found out they have chocolate and soft serve too. Soft serve comes with one topping - we got the solid chocolate cowboy hat. Good latte art, nice atmosphere including out door patio with mini bamboo forest that was very entertaining for a toddler. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the factory wasn't operating during our visit, but we still very much enjoyed our time here. While we were waiting in line for drinks, the other counter let us sample chocolate bars, which I thought was really nice. I got the seasonal honey cardamom drink, which was fantastic, and my boyfriend ended up buying two hot chocolates because he enjoyed it so much. I would definitely come back here to check out the factory.

Stumbled upon this place and ordered an ice cream. It is heavy when hold it but it taste light and delicious. There’s a cafe next to the ice cream/ chocolate counter

Found this gem while mural-hunting downtown. The frozen chocolate drink was fantastic (smooth dark chocolate flavor). We and our dog enjoyed the shade and the breeze on the back patio. We’ll definitely be back!

You can have a quick tour of their chocolate manufacturing process and understand the steps involved from getting pods to making chocolate. They provide samples of all the different varieties of chocolates they have. Loved the vesta, and the double shot sipping cup.

Fantastic experience! Self-guided tour was completely enjoyable (scan signs with your phone for video as you go). Joe offered taste-testing afterward, with cheerful education about origin and process. Coffee, chocolate croissant, and chocolate assortment to-go were all scrumptious. Kudos to Videri! I wish they were hiring…what an amazing place to work!

Super cool. Chocalatiers are weekday afternoons but even on a Saturday like when we went you can do a self tour and watch the QR code videos. Free samples too, Columbian hazelnut and venezuelan raisin 90% were good. Americano and drip were good too. Free 2 hour parking if u prepay on app then ask for validation when getting coffee. Nice atmosphere, basically a cool historic coffee shop with the chocolate-making facility and storefront. Outdoor seating on side and front. Will go again!

Very cool chocolate factory tucked away downtown, never would have guessed what it was. Chocolates are delicious, varying types of bonbons, bars and other good chocolate items like cocoa nibs and hot chocolate stirs. The smells were incredible and the chocolate matched the experience. Great for kids and adults!

Found this place on things to do in Raleigh. Was a little disappointed at the self tour as I was expecting a little too much I guess (Willy Wonka lol) Was very interesting though to read about the history and see chocolate being made. It is all DARK chocolate which I don’t like. My wife loves it though. Apparently they don’t want to compromise their quality with milk. Understandable. They have a really nice coffee bar and an ice cream shop which were great. Little on the pricey side but it’s quality.
