I picked up the Elf Specialty Collection as a surprise for a class of 2nd graders. They were a hit! The staff was friendly and prompt to take my order! I also indulged in a delicious latte! Krispy Kreme never disappoints.

It is one of best doughnut in downtown location. We always bought their occasional doughnuts: Halloween, Christmas, St.Patrick , etc. They always have good designs. Kids are excited to eat them all. The cons is the manager needs to move the lines faster. 15 min. for 10 cars depth line is not a good sign.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Downtown Raleigh is a landmark. The doughnuts are great and I believe they’re the only location in Raleigh-Wake Forest-Durham area where they make fresh doughnuts (they don’t refry them) other locations receive their doughnuts already fried and they refry them when their doughnut sign is on.
So if you like doughnuts or want to see why people prefer Krispy Kreme Doughnuts visit this location when the “red light sign” is on and get freshly cooked hot Glazed Doughnuts…they will melt in your mouth and then you’ll understand why is our favorite.

This is my favorite Krispy Kreme in the area! I have been coming to this location the past 15 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never experienced them running out. Bathroom is usually clean. It is a very busy location typically so check your chair before sitting down for donut sprinkles😊. Krispy Kreme are the best donuts in my opinion. The kids love coming to this location because you can watch the donut making process.

Mini Original Iced Strawberry and Glazed Sour Cream cake donuts were great
Original Glazed mini and lemon filled glazed donut were good (I think raspberry glazed would have been better but they had just sold out)

I ❤️ Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🍩 😋! My family generally visits the location on Person Street just outside of downtown Raleigh. The employees are friendly and quick, even on the craziest of days like Kindness Day with a lobby & drive-thru full of customers. I've learned when their hot sign is generally on to get the most mouth watering, hot doughnuts that almost melt in your mouth as your eating them 😋 Writing this review hasn't been a very good idea, because now I want some Krispy Kreme doughnuts!
