The manager Kat has gone above and beyond to make our team boxed dinner night an amazing experience. After reaching out to 2 other Jersey Mikes locations, Kat was willing to go the extra mile and take the orders and get them to our school, despite her location being further away. She made the process easy by communicating and following up on phone calls. We hope she is acknowledged for her customer service and great work ethic.
Good subs sandwiches in general. Tasty (but not very healthy) Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. A great treat once in a while. Will return.
I weekly go to Blue Bell (Rt 202 & 73), Phoenixville(422 Oaks exit), or Radnor (Rt 3 Microcenter). "White #4 Mike's Way" is awesome. For stomach issues, switch from pepper ham to normal ham = #2. Friends love the cheesesteaks.
2021-07-15: Radnor has overcooked bread for 2 months. Oven is broken, too hot.
2022‐02‐07: Radnor's overcooked bread detracts too much, ruins the subs. If you cannot go to another JerseyMikes, visit a Wegmans sub shop.
I had an amazing experience with Jersey Mike’s. I have Celiac Disease, and they were extremely thorough and followed all the the protocols to make sure there weren’t any cross contamination, all while being very busy. They cleaned the meat slicer, switched out the cutting board, washed hands, changed gloves, used condiments that were in squeeze tubes since the condiments out are used with a knife that is touching bread, and my sub was on its own paper. Their gluten free sub is wonderful, and For the first time, I felt 100% comfortable eating at a fast food restaurant.
My favorite hoagies! I really enjoy any of their hoagies “Mike’s way” and with mayo. The staff at this location was particularly friendly.
