My first time at this location, the food at smashburger is always good but this location is needs more workers they where so overwhelmed and backed up! The guy couldn't even give eye contact to people when he handed you your food because he was working on 12 other orders as well. I got the smashburg
Excellent single cheese smashburger and fries. Excellent friendly staff. Food was hot and received promptly for dining in. Great place and staff was on point in every aspect. Highly recommend and worth the trip from West Chester, Pa.

Was okay. Had the Classic Double Smash, regular fries, and an Oreo milkshake. The food feels overpriced to me. The milkshake had a good flavor. Very creamy. Man, what happened to this location? Half filled milkshakes and dry overcooked smash burgers. Menu has also changed drastically with less customization.
Long line, overpriced, one rude girl taking orders. I've been here for 30 minutes and still have no burger. I'll be late for an appointment after this. I hope it's a good burger.
