Sonic Drive-in

This Sonic is pretty darn good. I have been several times and 90% of the time they get everything right. This is they only reason I am not giving them 5 stars. If I could I would give a 4.5 star rating because they usually do a good job. They are hiring new people right now, so today when they got part of the order wrong, (I ordered a route 44 strawberry limeade with no ice and it was still full of ice. But that is not worth me having them dump out a perfectly good drink, just so I don't have ice, so I didn't bother complaining to them) I simply assume a new hire made this one and that's why it wasn't quite right. Everything else we ordered was perfect and delicious! They are kind and friendly and once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly.

APP ONLY????? LOST MY BUSINESS! Again! Gave the location two stars because some of the staff there are nice and professional! BUT WHO EVER PUT “APP ONLY” where I come to take my hour lunch and spend $$$! I won’t use any profanity here but Who ever decided to make those car stalls app only, is going to loose business and have lost mine for good!!!!

Terrible service. I understand they are understaffed and I sympathize with them in that area. However the quality of the food is nothing short of horrible. Our last experience we waited for 17 minutes YES 17 minutes before they ever even took our order! Again they are understaffed so that could easily be forgiven. We didn't mind having to wait but once our food got there it was all completely wrong! We didn't get anything we ordered but got all the way home before we noticed this so they was closed before we realized it. The next day I tried calling to no avail! The waitress that brought out our food really concerned me. She had extremely dirty fingernails. Now if thats how you live then that's how you live but please don't work in fast food or any food industry if this is how you decide to take care of yourself. It's quite disgusting as a matter of fact. On top of all of this the waitresses didn't even bring our drinks to us and once we alerted her she said you guys didn't have any drinks and literally argued about it untill we had to show her the reciept! We asked for a manager and the girl said sorry they are on break! At this point I was tired and just ready to be done and left to go home and not even have anything we ordered! So that was close to $56.00 just wasted that could of went to a charity where it would have done more good than just going into our trashcan! Just awful! I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars just for the girls BLACK dirty fingernails alone. I mean come on you work with food!!! I don't know how many hrs this lady had worked but I can imagine she used the restroom at some point but I can almost guarantee she didn't wash her hands!
