Waited a long time for someone to decide to come take our order. They were too busy talking. Guess the manager wasn't in. Food was good at least.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We were trying to order and the lady kept saying is that it, after everything we said. We spent $57. Checked our order when we got it. They didn't give us 2 of our items. We went back through the line, my husband told them what we didn't get. They slammed the window
Screwed up my entire order. Refused to give me the correct order and refused a refund. I am convinced that all these good reviews come from workers or friends of workers trying to keep the ratings good. Never once have I had good service here. And when they mess up, they don’t take the blame.
I usually get fast friendly service here. I like to order the power bowls. I like getting the steak with no cheese or sour cream. It always tastes fresh!
Constantly out of ingredients, forgetting a drink every other time, and lukewarm food? Whatever, mistakes happen; I have blown it all off. But now, they're not taking in-store orders(even to-go), TWO hours before they close. Last straw, sorry. I'll just walk the 10 minutes to McDonalds from now on;
I would have given this visit a four or five store review if it would not have been for the fact that the prices on their menu are not reflective of what you will pay for. I ordered a crunchwrap combo with a Sierra mist. I did not ask to upsell my drink to a larger size, nor was I asked if I wanted
