I had the double patty hamburger poboy dressed. It was awesome. Wife had the roast beef on a num dressed and it was good.

Best roast beef in town....I can eat every day here. Great workers and clean place. Don't forget the good ice cream too.The only one around that still have banana boats. Good food all way around.

A long standing local fast food joint with good food, decent prices, and good service. Only downside is waiting in the lines but that's to be expected at these mom and pop shops. It's worth it for the food.
The food is excellent. You place your order by phone and it doesn't take long for your order to be ready for pick up. Excellent staff, very courteous. 5 stars.

Goal post has been open for many years and still remains busy. That speaks for itself. I do eat here sometimes. I enjoy the food and the shakes. The prices are a bit much (for me) if you are feeding a family. Plus knowing this isn't a "equality friendly" business I don't visit here much. The food is made to order and I've never had to wait for a phone order so if you are in a rush I suggest to call ahead.

I've been stopping at the Goal Post for years. I'm certain that any of the local citizens can attest that they make the best burgers, for sure, and other delicious fare as well. It's best to phone ahead to save some time as they are always busy.
