We flooded this location with 19 people at 11p. Ms. Rita our server was outstanding. The food was delicious and came out quickly and promptly.

My husband and I ate here Friday at lunch time. We both had the cheese steak bowl it was hot. The bowl was mostly hash browns, melted cheese, minute steak sprinkled on top. It was good but the bowl should have eggs with it.
Had to stop here on our way home from vacation and the experience was not what I expected. Had to sit at the bar with food still on it for at least 20 minutes before the waitress came over to see if we wanted something to drink. Another couple came in and they were helped when they came in the door
Tried to call ahead for takeout order. Recording said they weren't accepting call in orders, and to place any take out orders in person. Drove up expecting to see a full restaurant... there were maybe 6 cars in the lot. Several booths were open with 5 workers behind the counter. I stood at the count
Always great food but the service was even better. Everyone there appeared to be happy to be there. Very friendly staff! Great location to stop and have a bite. Very clean, the cleanest I have seen in a long time.
Waffle House isn’t something I frequent, but when I do go it’s usually late at night after work. When I do go, server Katie always greets me with a smile and is already working on my order. I get lucky and usually get there right when the fresh tea is made so everything is hot lol.
This is the best Waffle House I have ever been in! We live in King William and we will drive past The Mechanicsville location to go there! Always friendly, never a long wait. There was only a waitress and cook. There were 3 to go's waiting, the bar are was full, and 3 booths with total of 12 custom
