Waited 20 minutes going through the line. Nobody answered at the speaker and it looked like it was turned off. After waiting there for 5 minutes I figured I would pull around to place my order. The girl at the window started snapping on me saying they had only 3 workers. Then told me I had to pull around. I said in not going to wait in line for 20 minutes so I parked my car and waited. The food was cold. Never seen employees at a business start yelling at customers for their own incompetence but needless to say I'll be contacting higher management.

Had to sit & wait for order to be taken. Girl kept interrupting trying to upgrade. Ordered sandwiches, (admittedly ordered special) still waited for extremely long time. Got home & nether sandwich was correct?, plus mine was cold.

They send you to the parking lot to wait for your order (not a door dash order or online order, just a regular drive thru order). It has happened multiple times. You wait for 20 to 30 minutes and eventually pull into the drive thru again because they forgot about you. Ended up waiting an hour total for my already paid for meal. It's the worst and an absolutely horrible system. They ended up giving me a refund, which was nice.

Food is hit or miss. It could be delicious, or it could be something that had been recooked multiple times instead of being thrown away (see included pic). About 30% of the time they forget something. So always check your bag at the window. Or you'll be waiting in line another 20 minutes. Finally, and what annoys me the most, the employees are all extremely rude. Working fast food is probably awful. But it doesn't excuse rushing people, being short, or having a rude and put off attitude. No response when you say thank you or have a good day. The only reason I go back is because I really enjoy Wendy's food. But I dread going to this location.

Had a good experience here. My friends and I came in for a quick rest stop as we were headed home and were happy to get our food so quickly. We only waited an extra minute because they were finishing up fresh chicken tenders.
