Mcalister's Deli

Sadly, this place has recently made my ‘do not call’ list. They used to be good - and McAlisters has a great menu & concept - but things have deteriorated to the point where salads here have rotting veggies and are missing ingredients. Soups and sandwiches show the quality decline as well. Surely the kitchen staff knows when ingredients are rotten as they plate them. They should never make it to the customers tables.

Really good. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was really good and nicely presented on the plate. A lot of options to choose from and the sweet tea was good, not to sweet but a perfect balance in my opinion. The music they played overhead was nice and relaxing. The outside seating area is nice and shaded.

The potato was HUGE!! The line to order was quite slow but after getting our order in, it was relatively fast to actually get the food. We did notice that like our own daughter, a lot of Mac and cheese went uneaten. The potatoes were good and the store was clean although they were way behind on bussing the tables and they had no silverware. The sweet tea was comparable to truck stop tea. The men's bathroom is a one person bathroom that had a dirty toilet seat. The toilet paper was difficult to unroll as was the paper towels since the dispenser apparently didn't work. I might return at some point but it's not high up on my list of eat at again places.
