I didn't even want to give one star. I hope the owner sees this review. My husband ordered subs last night. He called in chicken bomb and a cheeseburger sub with extra cheese....both to be toasted. He also ordered cheese sticks. The total came out to almost 40 dollars. He went to pick it up. Brought it home. We opened the subs. Not toasted. I looked at mine and saw there was nothing in the sub but a small amount of hamburger patty and cheese.....nothing else. I have ordered these before...maybe a few years ago and they were good. But this cheeseburger sub was the worst. It had no may or ketchup or mustard or pickles or tomato or. Nothing. I called the place to let them I was not satisfied. They said it was my fault because I only asked for extra cheese. Then I said it's not acceptable. The store didn't even ask if we wanted anything else or specific y if we wanted a plain or deluxe. I asked for my money back and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me. I then went to the store. I live in Quincy and had been a patron for years prior to COVID. I show up and I show the guy what my near 15 dollar sub looked like. I said I would call the owner and he said go ahead. He said he wasn't going to refund me because I didn't order the deluxe as he pointed it out...he said I ordered the different one. He was so smug it wasn't even funny. I mean this and the back cook were complete losers. I was so upset. I didn't behave well and through the menu and sub right back at him. I said it was wrong to charge so much and then left the store with a few explatives.. I'll never return there again and I will continue to give bad reviews

very mean employees. i got kicked out for being in there too long(long being 25 minutes) . my friends and i were talking with indoor voices and got threatened to get kicked out twice. i dropped an empty soda can in my way tk the trash and got yelled at. besides the staff the pizza was frozen and fries were dry. they also yelled at kids for using the claw machine in the store. overall a bad place to eat at.

Ordered a cheese pizza from there on fri 1/7/22 after the snowstorm we had. Im not saying i saw them serve me a frozen supermarket pizza; BUT the "sweet" taste, smell and texture of frozen supermarket pizza is UNMISTAKABLE! Never again will i return here. As much as i like supporting local pizza shops, stuff like this is why i keep going back to dominos 🤦🏾‍♂️ unbelievable.

Food is average in every way, the pizza is like that pizza you get at a gas station or middle of now where rest stop, the service is even worse, only ever had one good delivery experience and it's when I ordered 1 large cheese, and the pizza was ok I guess. Fries are bland, subs are bland. It's ok but there are far better places. Owners are rude also
