Mckay's Breakfast And Lunch

My favorite breakfast place, which I visited many times over the years! The food is great, the portions are very generous, coffee is good. The service is always nice, friendly and fast. We love their eggs with bacon or sausages, home fries and toast, different variations of omelets, French toast and Belgium waffles. Pancakes are good, too. All taste homemade and delicious! It's a street parking. The area is quite busy, sometimes you need to drive around for a couple minutes, but you can always find a spot. I never had problems. The Irish Breakfast place is a local favorite. A few years ago the space was tiny and the lines to get in were huge, you could wait 40 minutes or more. Now they significantly expanded the space and you can always get in! There is something special about this place, highly recommend to experience it!

Had the most delicious and fresh breakfast I have ever had, 2 over easy 4 sausage links 4 pieces of toast and a boatload of red bliss home fries, I couldn't finish, but thats not the catch, everything tasted as it was made just for me. I cannot express enough how good this was. The staff was great, place was spotless, cant wait to go back!

I went here with my son for lunch. We ordered breakfast. It was so delicious. It hit the spot. The wait staff were very quick and prompt. Price varied depending on items but I'd say on par with most other places like it. Parking can be limited, but you can find it. I believe they offer dinner twice a week and have longer hours those days.

Neighborhood restaurant that makes you feel like you are eating in someone’s home. Friendly staff and customers. And great food, reasonable prices, and huge portions. We will come back if we are visiting Quincy again! Finally, a convenient location if you are visiting the birth homes of the Adams family; just across the street.

Good solid meals! Love the Irish breakfast! Love the country baked ham & eggs! Very accommodating, they substituted a banana instead of home fries for my breakfast. They have great fish & chips too! Great service, very friendly and attentive! The waitstaff will have you in tears from laughter with their witty banter!! Definitely a good place to try!

Had a weekday breakfast here. Normally I'm informed to sit anywhere is there are options for seating. That day there was. I sit in a booth and a waitress asks how many in the party. Informed only I. was moved to window seat( But there's not much going on outside in their location) Another woman sits in that same location where I was . However, no one else sat with her and she knew one of the waitresses. Hmmmmm. Next time I have breakfast here I will ask if it's open seating. And if some one wants to move me, uh, I was informed up front to sit anywhere! Reached out to management via their website about issue. No reply. So much for that 24 hour reply!
