Review Rice & Beans - Queens Village

The food is always solid here. The fried fish is great with the hot sauce and the garlic sauce. The chicken is never overcooked & always seasoned perfectly. Sometimes the beans they give is mostly the sauce and not enough actual beans. Add a side of salad & you’re all set!

My sons and I have picked up food here at least 20 times and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious every single time!!!! Try the Cuban sandwich with extra pickles(my son), one of the best Cubans in the entire city!

I’ve been here twice and the pork chicharron has not failed me. $12 for a plate of food, the lunch special is WELL worth the money. They also have a juice bar that I’m looking forward to trying. 20/10

The food was amazing and the service was even better. Will definitely be going back. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, and everything tasted amazing!!

The food is delicious but the servers are soooo RUDE. No smile and act like you are bothering them while they are making the plates. I hate to go out on my lunch break and come back in a bad mood. Not sure if I will continue to go there.

Found this place when it opened waaayyy back when! NEVER been disappointed! So good we used them to cater special events at work. Rave reviews from folks just catching a whiff of the aromas! Gonna go when I come up in September! So looking forward to it!

Undeniably the best Dominican food in town, you might get better tasting food in DR but that’ll cost you more than 12 bucks with an included drink or side salad 😂

Rice & Beans is the best hole in the wall Dominican food you'll ever find. First the quality and quantity for the price is unrivaled, its fresh abundant and the price is perfect. My go-to is the rice with lentils, brown beans, plantains, and stew chicken for 8.50. The atmosphere is cozy, the ladies serving the food are very nice, please be kind and patient with them. David is the coolest most humble dude I've met, never receives any praise always thanks the community. If you're in Queens Village and pass this restaurant, you're missing out! 5/5

Great local Dominican. Large portions, reasonable prices and excellent staff. Small spot and nothing extravagant on the outside, need to taste the food to understand their attraction. Give it a try.

By far, the best Dominican Restaurant I've had in the area. If you're in the Queens Village/Bellerose area and would like to eat some delicious Spanish food, I would definitely recommend Rice and Beans Restaurant. It's take out only. Don't let appearances fool you. This place is a hidden gem. 😋💯

I have been going here since I moved to the area and now take out at least once a week. The food is always always amazing and hits the spot. I highly recommend, its really a hidden gem. They give you so much food for the price of what you are getting and its just consistently great.

This is the best place to eat in Queens Village/Bellerose area. That fried fish is where it is at! Trust me. Yellow rice and white rice are good. Cheese empanadas are solid. Even the fresh made juices are a hit. Can't go with anything wrong from this place.
