Review Mcdonald's - Quartzsite

No pride in product here. The lobby is trashed. I couldn’t find a single table that was clean. All kinds of trash on the floor. A very dirty restaurant. The food tasted fine, but it was caked with mayonnaise and when I unwrapped it, the bun was off to the side of the chicken patty putting mayo on the wrapper and making a mess. I realize its McDonalds, but thats no reason to not care. My fries were pretty cold too.

Very pleasant experience. I'm never sure when choosing "dine in" at the kiosk. But I chose my number and they brought my food to me as promised. The food was delicious, of course. I got my favorite (breakfast) sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and hash browns. I got a soft drink this time instead of coffee or OJ. Not only did it hit the spot, it was cheaper too!

Rude cashier. Overcharged me for food I told her I didn’t want, and when I went back up for a refund she called me a liar in front of me to her manager. When she read back the order I tried to correct her then but didn’t take the item off. Complete failure of proper customer service. Sad.

McDonald's is what it is. Rarely a friendly staff. My orders never are correct when I go through the drive-through. Going inside is the only way it seems to me to get my order right. They just throw the food together with the condiments, and toppings rarely dispersed evenly on the burger. It's a waste of time ordering large fries because you will only get a half full fry order. Then, if you say anything about it, you get a rude response. McDonald's has been going downhill for the last decade or so, and the pandemic has only made it worse. The kids love it, and that is the only reason to go there.

Very clean and sanitized. Nice and friendly workers. Fresh and modern style. They deserve more than 5 stars. This place should be used as a model for other McDonald’s.

Absolutely never going back. Price of food has doubled. Had 2 sundaes for $6.39. Hell I could of gotten half a gallon of real ice cream for $6.50. They have gotten the last dime from me.

Prices have shot way up since I was last here and the service is gone down. Whenever I use the kiosk to place an order, they always forget to bring me my drink. And when they put the food down they turn around and walk away so fast I don't have time to say anything. The burgers are always cold and for some reason flat. Like they wrap it up in paper and then squish it. Go to Carl's Jr next door. EDIT you pay full price for a fish fillet sandwich it only comes with a half of a slice of cheese. Really! EDIT2 This is my last time coming here. Today I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich and what I received in my sandwich was a piece of chicken that was was so small it only covered half the bun. The lettuce and tomato looks like it was pre-mixed with mayonnaise and slapped on so fast that it missed the chicken and most of the bun. And the lettuce was slimy. It was a mess. I'm done with this joke of a McDonald's. Nothing here is fresh and everything is cold or room temperature. The nonstop loud alarms and beeps that echo through the whole restaurant makes it just that much worse. No more chances from me.

Usually McDonald's is dependable even if it isn't great food. The McDonald's in Quartzite is pathetic. The guy at the register kept apologizing for making us wait and his supervisor kept telling him (loudly) what to do. The coke machine ran out of carbon dioxide and the only drink available was tea and it wasn't good. They forgot to give us the smoothie and had to make another one. My chicken sandwich was so hard and dry I could hardly even bite it. I only ate half. Every employee seem lethargic and demoralized like they couldn't care less.

Employee refuses to take walk up orders at the drive thru. They are doing construction, and you cannot enter the store to order. Employee stated, 'if your truck fits, you can drive it through.' the other half of the store would have been gone if we would have driven our vehicle through there, as we drive a tractor trailer. Don't open the store for some, but not for others. Pathetic.

For 3 pm on a Wednesday it was way too busy. Staff worked hard but my order did not have coffee i ordered. Back at counter staff gave me coffee that didn't make original tray but I discovered it was not the black coffee i ordered. Back to counter for replacement. Hope person who order cream didn't leave before checking.

i went there for bk and had to wate 30 min. they were very slow my icfd coffee taste d like iced water. one sandwich was wrong .there must of been 20 to 25 people waiting , the foors and tables were dirty. any body i see i will let them know.

Debbie is a hard worker! Food was excellent! I would definetly go back and recommend others!

Good coffee nice place and very efficient services

I was a customer at this location in Quartzsite this morning and would like to comment on how unskilled the manager and the staff were. At the register I ordered the big breakfast without hot cakes. I noticed on the register front screen it said big breakfast w/hotcakes. I asked the cashier confirming with her she got my order right saying I did not want hot cakes. She said yes. We ordered a few other breakfast items as well and paid. When the receipt printed lonebehold she charged me for the big breakfast with hotcakes. I brought this to their attention and she didn’t know how to refund the difference. Only gave me $1 cash back and not the tax on the dollar. When the order number was called we sat down. My mother opened what was supposed to be her bacon egg McGriddle and it was made competely wrong. They put a biscuit instead of the correct McGriddle bun. The staff took about 6-8 minutes to correct the order. Meanwhile the hash browns ordered for her are getting cold. I walked up to the manager and asked for a refund on the order and she refused only saying what can I do to make it right. It’s very clear what I asked for but it seems there is no focus on customer service. This location is filthy and the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. I hope corporate really evaluates the staff here and considers retraining in all areas.

Friendly service! Clean facility. Food served timely. Sufficient car park!

Shirley, the lady who cleans the tables and fills the supplies is a hard worker! We've seen her the last two trips to LA. Very busy McDonald's!

Flat soda, soggy fries, and cold tough mcnuggets, all paired up with dirty smelly bathrooms.

Love there coffee!! And hot apple pie!! My dog loves mcdoubles plain please!!
