This was my first time eating Indian cuisine and I was happily surprised at how delicious it was! Everything I tried was beyond good and the owners were very attentive to our needs. And my very picky 13 year old daughter loved it too. I highly recommend Green Chili Indian restaurant! It's Quakertown's hidden gem.

Exactly what this area needs! Don’t be afraid of a little spice! Lamb curry was fantastic! As was the garlic naan and two chicken dishes. So so good! Bring some wine or cold IPA’s and enjoy!

My first time eating Indian food that wasn’t a $3 frozen food microwave meal from the store. It was amazing!! Chicken Korma was delicious! Green Chili Naan was as well! I got a sample appetizer and that was amazing as well! My only problem was that I forgot to ask what each different thing was so that I could order them again!!! Can’t wait to try more!!

Just walking into this place and smelling the food was an absolute delight! I am a newbie to Indian food and went with friends who are aficionados, and we all really enjoyed it. It's mostly a take out place but there are comfortable attractive booths for dining in. I went back two weeks later with my reluctant husband and another friend who loves Indian food and again everyone was very pleased with the food and service. Highly recommended!

My favorites were the chicken tikka masala by far, such an interesting taste and delicious, creamy. I liked the plain naan the best actually. I would totally get this as takeout next time. It’s a little hot in the restaurant and some flies get in because the door was open. My son loved the mango lassi.

We got take out. The food was the good and the portions are generous. Spicier than we expected.

The food was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the lamb curry and it was delicious. Tender meat and a nice spicy sauce, not overpowering but flavorful and filling. I will definitely go back again. I almost forgot to mention the prices were very good for what you get.

Absolutely fabulous food. Friendly people. Huge menu. Unassuming. Don't let initial look around stop you from a truly tasty memorable dining experience. Shrimp were spectacular. Going back ASAP. 😋

Believe it or not, this was my first time in any Indian restaurant, at the recommendation of a friend, and I enjoyed every morsel! We had the bread basket with mango chutney and raita to dip, and could see them making it fresh in the kitchen. Butter chicken and cashmere chicken were hot and fresh, both were amazing but cashmere was my favorite. I want to try the vegetarian dishes next time. And it seems weird to say how good the rice was, since it’s just rice, but it was perfectly prepared and textured rice! We ate in but this seems to be more of a takeout place, which is fine! Can’t wait to go back.

A small gem in Quakertown, I can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. Seating is limited, but know they do a robust takeout business. I had the lamb korma—one of the best I’ve had—and naan. It was delicious, and I’ll be back to make my way through the menu!

Wow wow wow! Neeru and Raman have created a hidden gem. The Green Chili restaurant in Quakertown Pennsylvania has the most authentic and delicious Indian food I’ve had in America. As you know the best food in the world is usually in a little hole in the wall. All I can say is I’m definitely glad I decided to take a chance on this amazing restaurant. From the deeply layered flavored chutneys to the crunchy papadam and perfectly balanced soft, doughy-yet with a crispy texture, garlic naan… rarely have I ever tasted better…not even in London. I ordered the chicken curry because that’s always a good basic test. It was perfectly spicy, an excellent consistency, a rich, deep red, and it was loaded with chicken. My husband had the tikka chicken because he likes things milder and it could not have been more succulent, plus incredibly delicious. If you’re concerned about price point, it’s very reasonable, especially for the quality you receive. I believe the Green Chili restaurant may be Quakertown‘s best kept secret. It’s my new favorite restaurant! If you love Indian food, it will definitely be yours too! Great food! Great service! Great Family!
