Biergarten Pib

We needed a place to stop and grab a quick bite before catching the ferry back to the mainland, the Biergarten served as that place! We got the Bavarian pretzels with cheese and a hotdog because we “missed the boat” on the bratwurst(see what I did there). The items we did receive were delicious for their simplicity! I didn’t get many pictures because we decided to just eat it instead. Haha

Literally the worst experience ever, I would rate 0 stars if I could. Me and my family went out to get some ice cream before we left. We went in at 5 o'clock and didn't get our ice cream till 5:38!. There was one guy working the station but he spent 15 minutes scooping ice cream for the same shake! By the time we got our ice cream we had already missed our fairee at 5:30 and had to rush to make the 6:00 o'clock one (which was the last one we could take cause we were in a vehicle). I complained to the manager who was on at the time, and I let him know that we shouldn't have had to wait almost 40 minutes for 3 cones of ice cream. This is completely unacceptable and I advise anyone who is looking to get ice cream to not go anytime near the time of your departure.

Went to this awful horrible establishment to look for the rest of my family. First time on island. We were meeting there. The blonde hostess was very kind and helpful each time. There was a horrible mean and obnoxious bar tender yelling in my ear making the stressful situation worse. She was down right condescending in telling me there was another side. She was extremely rude and all around trashy. Yuck! She had the audacity to yell at me and lie to her boss that I called her out of her name. When I asked to speak to the manager, the most ineffective geriatric manager came out and was no help at all. I’m sorry to have even been at this awful place. Will never go there again. The kind blonde hostess was the one who witness the rude trashy bar tender and her rude way of speaking to me. The hostess was the one who apologized to me. She saw everything and knew that it was the loud trashy bar tender who was wrong. I wish I could give the Boat House negative stars. Yuck to trash!!!
