They were just great the management showed them very welll the employees are very responsible its a hard job to be in the mall with so many people they all deserve a raise for the efforts and hard work pays off and if corporate sees this you really need to bump up there pay rates all staff and employees are amazing here

To start I walked up to the counter to order and the guy was completely rude, he didn’t greet me , and he didn’t ask what I wanted I had to just say it. I ordered a strawberry banana Julius and it tasted nothing like it. It had a combination of all the flavors and it was disgusting. I was already home at this point I called the manager and I was told it take receipt and get another one.( she said nothing about bringing the drink back). So I did ! The same guy was rude about the whole thing . He poured the drink in a small cup and said “here is this good enough.” Then I was told next time “I need to bring the drink full” . THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON. I refuse to bring a drink back !I’m so disappointed with this experience. I always go to this location but I no longer will . I will happily take my service else where

The two girls working today (8/31/19 @ 4:50 pm) were very rude and made us feel like a bother ordering 5 drinks. Sorry, won’t do that again. Never spoke to me as I was ordering and as we were trying to think about what our last drink would be, she started to hit the cup on the counter and glare at us.

The smoothies are always great but the employees have just always been horrible. They're unhappy to provide service and they are rude, snappy, they have NO customer service skills at all! Totally messed up our smoothies and when we tried to correct her we were told she knows what shes doing, so...

A Snapchat video was posted by an employee at Orange Julius of them spitting into a customers drink and handing it out!! When it was brought to the General Managers attention, the employee admitted to it and the General Manager simply said that it’s ok because of WHO it was that they handed it out to! And then requested that we not tell anybody about it! HA! Yeah right, if you want smoothies w spit mixed it, this is the place you wanna go!
