Honestly not even worth the time and rudeness the average wait time is easily over an hour at this particular location. I tried ordering online to cut the wait time but when I got there the doors to the lobby were locked in the middle of the day!!! Then my order wasn't even ready yet and plus I has to wait in the long drive thru time I waited 2 hours for my food because the app had already charged me I hope they figure out a better way to run this place. Honestly I'd only stop in if you see no line because once you enter that drive thru your stuck.

As usual this Taco Bell is the SH….!! I’m so angry and frustrated with these ?@!@!? Every single time we order from this store we have to go back to get them to FIX THEIR MISTAKES!! This time they were out of half of what we ordered so they substituted with a tiny bag of nachos. Are you kidding me?? Since I ordered online why didn’t they say “out of stock” on all three items So I could have gone to McDonalds? Also , they won’t give refunds on orders placed online! So BEWARE! And WHY NO REFUND?

If you want Taco Bell, don't go to this one. Worst Taco Bell location in town. I went inside to order and had to order off of the kiosk, which I don't mind, but there was no one at the counter to take anyone's order, and several were waiting to order before I even walked in. It took about 25 minutes to get 1 quesadilla, 2 tacos and a 5-layer burrito. When I got home to eat, I noticed that my 5 layer burrito was smaller than usual... It only contained a small amount of beans and some cheese sauce. It was about a fourth of the size of the usual 5 layer burrito. The soft tacos barely had any beef at all in them, they were basically all lettuce - I wanted a taco... not a salad. I have ordered at this location several times in the recent past, and each time has been a total disappointment and waste of money. Do yourself a favor and drive to the location on Pueblo Blvd and Lake instead. The wait is reasonable there, and the food is always as expected.

I pulled up to the menu and someone said they would be with me in a minute. I sat in the drive through for over half an hour waiting at the menu to order just for someone to turn off the lights on the menu and leave without even telling us they were closing early because of being short staffed. I'm not mad they closed, I'm mad that nobody told me so I could leave and still have enough time to go somewhere else so I could feed my cranky, hungry toddler before we left town. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, and it's employees, but that was absolutely unacceptable.

Not only me and my family but others as well waited 15 +minutes to get someone to come to front to take our order. We said "excuse me" "hello" "ready to order" said them again even louder until a worker who was very busy saw us and send someone to do our order. They put sour cream on my food when I asked not too the floors were so dirty tables too. Employees so rude wasn't the location for me and my kids..sad

Southside tacobell younger to step up your game. Pueblo west location you're in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I was in your store lobby and waited over an hour for our food. Nobody was working the front counter and when another customer was trying to get someone's attention they were pretty rude in my eyes. Your staff clearly does not know about proper customer service. Last time I'll spend my money on your poor service. I'll remember to stick with pueblo west where staff members are extremely fast and friendly.
