The service was okay, ice cream tasted different than normally. We couldn't get out of the drive-in. There's was cones scattered, frustration and no patience. We used to enjoy these family ice cream trips, now I think it's best we make ice cream at home.

Love the app that you get half price drinks anytime of the day. Order ahead and since you already paid its a fast and easy stop. Such yummy drinks.

Amarette went above and beyond for me, she handled my complaint the way a customer service representative should. She didn't get all mad and take it personally she completely understood and responded accordingly. The last few customer service representative encounters I had were awful.. and it's sad to say that they were managers! I had forgotten that there are still people out there who actually know what customer service is about. Perfect example, keep up the good work!

Places order online, and this location was the closest I could pick it up from. Not too far away, but there is a sonic about 2min away from where I live that would've been more convenient.
The app said to park in a stall when we get there, press the button, and let them know you were picking up a mobile order. When I pressed the button, however, the worker told me I'd have to go through the drive through. I questioned it at first, since the app told me to wait in the stall, but quickly jumped in the growing drive through line. To be honest, I don't mind having to go through the drive through, but what irritated me was the fact that the app didn't have any messaging to indicate this (it was around 9pm, so I assume that's the reason why I had to go through the drive through), so I wasted time sitting there waiting at the stall.
Similar to my Sonic review on Oakshire ln, it was the workers who ultimately led to my scoring 4 stars. The woman working the drive thru, despite the long line of cars, and business, did an excellent job. She was apologetic about having to redirect us from the stall, and thanked us for going in through to pick up the food. She was also very friendly, courteous, and attentive, and exactly the type of person you'd want representing your business. She had the food out within a min or two, and everything was exactly as ordered.

Definitely a disappointing experience today. This is their sauced popcorn chicken now, waited 30 minutes through the coned line that just complicated everything. The root beer tasted like bland carbonated water, the syrup box needed to be changed a while ago. Then at the end the girl running the window tried to hold onto our card, and it felt like she was rushing us out after handing us the food. We shouldn't have to ask for our card back twice. Literally got handed the short straw today, it's worth the time to drive out to Pueblo West instead.
