Some of the best Mexican I have had in a long time. I had guacamole tostada, chili relleno and chicken enchilada smothered in green chili. It was super. My husband had the chimichanga that he enjoyed as well. Excited to go again on one of our Saturday trips to the roadside stands

A Pueblo staple for Mexican food. Excellent food smothered in Pueblo green chile. I like their smothered enchiladas or chicken tacos on white.
