Domino's Pizza

I place an order for pizza and wings at 6:20pm. I received a cold and hard pizza at 7:00pm with no wings. I called the store and the boy who answered asked if I still wanted the wings after I told him that I did not get them. I said yes I paid for them, I would like to have them. He says that I’ll have to wait another hour. At 8:15pm they still haven’t arrived and I call back to be told that he placed the order as a pickup. The girl that answered actually said sorry and would have them sent to me. I finally received the wings at 8:57pm. I live 1.7 miles away from the store. I have never experienced such terrible service with Domino’s. I am a fan of Dominos but I will never order from this store again

I love our local dominos. I can't speak to Domino's as a whole because I only started ordering from them when I moved to Pueblo West a few yrs ago. This store is efficient, professional, friendly, and will always make it right if something is not up to your standard. Im also thankful to have a restaurant that delivers and is open late.

Absolutely a horrible branch they have messed up my order numerous times this last time they took my order and ran my card said everything was approved and would be there in 30 to 45 minutes an hour and a half later I called to cancel my order through the manager he said I never ordered my bank said different today I won't waste my time or hard earned money through them ever again

Worst service ever and I have a lot of patience! I wish I could give them a negative star rating. I guess I just wasted $50 dollars to learn a valuable lesson. I ordered 3 pizzas and wanted contact-less delivery but they couldn't do that. Their 15 minutes delivery is closer to a 2 hour delivery. And their manager hung up on me when I tried to fix one of the pizzas that I ordered but didn't get. I thought it was a dropped call but no he hung up on me multiple times. If you want random cold pizzas with some attitude issues, I suggest pay a homeless man $20 to pick up the pizzas for you.
