Today was not thier best for handling my order. The drinks where all overfill and was leaking out the top onto my trucks seat. I kept having to ask for more napkins as I was trying to clean up the mess.

its clear that the employees really care

The employees are always friendly and food gets to you in a reasonable amount of time however always check your order here as they have a tendency to forget items you purchased quite often. Hence the reason I don't give this place more star's.

I've been to this location about 15 times since moving here over a month ago. I have NOT ONCE had my order filled correctly. Really tired of wasting 10 miles of gas just to have my orders corrected each visit.

Bad customer service. The girl just hands you the bag and closes the window not a word said. looks like she hates her job the fact I placed an order and she had to do something god forbid. Their pay should be cut $15 an hour is wayyy to much for people that make Wendy’s look so bad. Wish I made that much when I was that young.

Cold cold Fry's. Dirty sitting. No ketchup. Snow at the entrance other than by the door. Pretty dangerous. Not impressed at all. This Wendy's seams like the management doesn't care about anything.

It was pretty good. They didn't mess up on the speciality order. One hamburger was cold one was piping hot.

Drive thru wait time is usually fairly fast, orders are correct, and staff is friendly.
