Buffalo Wild Wings

3 strikes and you're out Pueblo BWW. We've been here 3 times in recent months and been disappointed each time. First visit: service was miserably slow even though they weren't busy and when the food finally arrived it was cold and dry. Visit #2: slow service again, our order was wrong and once again the food was not fresh at all. Last Saturday we tried one last time and although our waiter was much better, the food was pathetic again. Fries were cold and rubbery, chicken wrap was full of old lettuce and DRY chicken pieces, and my friend's wings were rubbery and served unseasoned with little cups of dry rub for her to dip them in? Unreal for a place supposedly known for their wings.

DO NOT EAT HERE.. This place it more than likely in violation of so many health codes. I ordered my 30 wings fries and fried pickles. 10 min after picking up food my sitting down to eat. Fries were soggy and cold, and the worst part one of my wings had feathers on it. I did not eat the one with feathers in it had to trash it. And my other wings must not have been cooked right. Gave me diarrhea with in 20 min. Don't risk your health to eat here. Shame on you Buffalo wild wings. Buffalo wild wings just asked me to call the 1 866 number. So I called nobody so take my call. So no big deal I have already contacted the health department. Again. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU COULD GET SICK. This type of poultry expose could possibly KILL YOU. DONT EAT HERE

This was our first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wing, at first we were told that our wait would be 30min, so we waited and took a seat. Not even 5min later we were seated. Staff was nice and the food was good. They have a lot of different tv's to watch various games going and it wasn't rowdy during the time we went. All in all it was good visit and would recommend to other people wanting to go.

The food was delicious. Though I myself was only able to eat a small portion of my food due to an already agitated stomach. The server we had could brush up on his job a little. Though I understood they were very busy tonight, there are 3 things a server should always be able to keep on top of....keeping thier guests drinks filled, making sure the table has all the appropriate utensils, and when they ask you for a specific item make sure you get it to them in a somewhat timely manner or ask for help if you see yourself falling behind.
