Graham's Grill

Looks like a nice place and the vibe looks nice but not a good experience. The burritos I ordered we're supposed to have green chili and it came out red and was too spicy. Then the chicken inside my burritos was very dry. It was disappointing. Our waitress was 20 serving alcohol. Her presence was not graceful. There was no room to walk in the restaurant and she was immature and rude to the folks at the next table. Definitely won't be dining in at this place again.

The atmosphere is awesome, feels like a neighborhood spot right on the Riverwalk. The food is typical, nothing to write home about, but good. The service however is another story, engaging the wait staff seemed like pulling teeth, but as many local regulars came in the service for them was exceptional making me feel like an outsider, which I was but, rather than alienate customers to cater to regulars, why not engage new faces. Overall a good place to visit if coming with friends, but if your solo on business or this is you first time visiting, this was my experience.

I love eating on the patio! I wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner and more consistent however. I have ordered chicken tenders 3 different times and gotten something different each time. One time it was actual tenders (delicious) the next it was chicken chunks (not so good) and this last time it was a chicken sandwhich patty (just ok!). Their beer selection is nice and so is the staff.

Very disappointed! Ceiling fan blowing on us during dinner. We turned it off and there was about an inch thick of junk on each blade. Lights not cleaned, clearly visible of a large collection of flies in glass shades of lights, table cloths filthy from the customers before, or all day long for that matter, 2 waitresses, total of 6 tables; two were finished, one was eating, yet we didn’t get acknowledged for at least 20-30 minutes. Dinner took around 2 hours by the time we got waited on, food ordered/served and waited on our check. Very disappointed, don’t plan on ever going back. It could be such a great place on the River Walk too, such a bummer!

The Fries - The Fries are not cool. First time I ate here the fries were superior, as well as the portion. But the next two times, burnt and half the amount. I had received a crumby attitude and was almost certain the waitress would rather argue than bring me what I paid for. But no less deserved what I know from that first experience, comparable.

Not enough staff to accommodate people on a Saturday. Very awkward walking in as there is noone to greet yoy. Have to go to thr bar to get service. Burger was good but served cold and took a long time to arrive. Waitress did not check on us at all. Had to flag her down for service. Spent way too much time and money here for a basic lunch.
