Good sushi for pueblo. Sushi bento box is a steal, its one of the few places with good white tuna. the prices are reasonable and the fish is fresh.
Very nice surprise. Visited Miyaki 3x the last 2 weeks. My wife & I like the sushi. I like the Pork Katsu. Fried work panko @ served with the correct short grain rice cook perfectly. I despise long grain rice served with Japanese dishes which makes as much sense as broccoli ice cream. We enjoyed the crab sushi, crab tempura sushi (chunk of real crab tempura fried & rolled in the sushi), cucumber sushi. The yakitori appetizer needed more marinade time as the flavor was a bit too mild for me. I look forward to trying out more of the menu offerings.

Great Place. Went to this place on my birthday and sat at the bar. Loved it. After ordering 5 rolls, the chefs recommended one more, and that turned out to be the best. I've been to this place numerous times and I've never been disappointed. If you sit at the bar, the chefs will always take care of you with a smile. The only qualm I have is that if you tip the waitress, that doesn't go to the sushi chef. Bring cash to put in their tip jars, because they deserve it!

Clean place, lots of seating. Lunch menu was a little small and the Kimchi dishes are seasonal. :'( It is home-made Kimchi however so they get a pass. Much more a Korean feel than Japanese. Service was fast. Miso soup was very good. Huge Yakatori portion for the price. Tempura was super crispy yet not greasy. Very nice simple bento set up. 4/5. Would go again. Hopefully when they have Kimchi chigae.
Came in and the place was full, the wait staff was very courteous and sat us fast. The food was excellent and despite it being busy the sushi came out very fast. The prices are very good and staff was super nice. Excellent experience overall.
My family and I dine here often...both dine in and carry out. Never once have been disappointed. I don't trust sushi from anywhere else in town, and we have ALWAYS been extremely impressed with the quality and taste. The service is ALWAYS AMAZING, noting but the best to say about this place in every aspect!
the food was great quality fish/sashimi. portions were not too small but not an overwhelming amount either. prices are typically high for this type of cuisine so plan to spend $70-80 for 2 people, but worth it indeed
I can not begin to explain the love that I have for this place! They are always so accommodating and go above and beyond! The only thing that's better than the food is the prices! Great food, great service, great prices, great people!
We absolutely love coming here! It’s our go to after work dinner spot! The servers are all so great they really know how to make it a good experience every time. 🥰
