One of pueblos nicer older restaurants. Food was flavorful and portions were good size, and presentation was beautiful on all plates. The staff were friendly and helpful and service was prompt and efficient. As for the margaritas....they were super! Cheers! It's more on the expensive side but for a romantic night out....it's worth it.

Ordered a medium rare steak and it's raw. This happened to two of the steaks ordered. One person at the table asked for raw steak. We did not ask for the steaks to be redone or cooked longer because we waited 30 minutes for just an appetizer, 40 minutes to order the main meal, and it was over an hour before getting our meal. We did order the dates as an appetizer and the cooks did not see the order, so we didn't receive them. We weren't charged for either appetizer, thankfully. The soups we ordered before the meal were also cold. Over all it wasn't a great experience. It's been 11 years since I've been here and I think I'll pass on ever coming back.

Have given this place many chances. Since current owners have had the restaurant it's always been hit or miss on if your experience will be good or not.
This visit sucked! No one greeted us, waited about 5 minutes before anyone turned up. Our waiter was unhappy as though he didn't want to be there. He provided very poor service. As we waited a lengthy time just for water and bread we watched the food coming out. Some tables had good service and good looking food while others like us were experiencing the opposite. IF food came out hot there was little of it or cooked poorly. I could continue to rant about our experience that night but I'll just say we quit! Long term Pueblo residents giving up on local restaurant! Pueblo please provide better fine dining!

We had a great anniversary dinner. We ordered the New York strip special and the filet. All the food was cooked as ordered and prepared and seasoned well. The drinks were good and strong. Highly recommend

Went to the restaurant for my mom’s 85th birthday, based on their online menu selection of seafood. Got there, not only is the menu completely different (no crab legs, lobster or anything except fish), my mom really wanted crab legs, so we ended up leaving and going to Red Lobster, which I wanted to avoid and go somewhere really nice. The restaurant needs major updating and nice menus if they want to put themselves out there as high end, not food and beverage stained menus. I won’t go back.

Traveling the world it surprised me to find the best steak I have ever experienced in Pueblo CO. Pittsburgh is a style not commonly requested when cooking steak but the chef at Park East has proven themselves to be capable of proficiency. Closing your eyes and being transported to exactly what you want is so very rare in life. My first bite brought me to bliss. I am a Marine and to sink my teeth into something that makes me remember why I offer my life for America,... thank you for your service Park East. I will see you again.

Awful . Made a reservation just to be seated in a open dining room . With no more than two other parties. Was placed next to one of them . No privacy. Food was not great. Salmon was juicy but vegtables bland and raw. Chicken was drrryyyy. Likely been reheated. After eating took 15 mins to get check . Suspect they only had one worker who was probably on a break. Not her fault if this was the case . But the restaurant should of had some one to cover. Spent ,51 on these two awful dishes, and a appetizer. Appetizer was good . Dates and feata. Wattires was kind and friendly.
