Red Lobster

Wait was 15 min longer than we were told. We ordered our food with our drinks and 3 tables that arrived after us got served before us. In total we were here for an hour and a half before getting food. Then my husband's cane out and the sides were not even full and baked potato was raw and shrimp Alfredo had no sauce just butter. Kitchen needs help but the servers are fantastic! I hope for a response from management!

One of my favorite places to come eat lobster bisque, and of course you know how fresh and delicious the biscuits are! My friend are her son joined me and let me tell you we ate so good. The service was really good even tho they where short staffed that day. Overall great food and good experiance like always🙏

We came here after the gym and it started out okay. They say is fairly quickly however from there it went downhill. I ordered a tea and was brought water. When asked, our server had no knowledge of my drink. There were several people who came in after us and got all their food and had time to finish, while we waited over an hour and still had no food. The manager did come to our table to explain that their was a big table before us, but when I asked how other patrons who came in after got their food before us, she simply stated, it might have been how she put it in. We finally got our food and were super disappointed. My stuff was charred. My husbands food was small portions, nowhere near a half pound of crab legs, the fries were a joke, and to top it off it had a hair in it. Needless to say we left and will not be returning.

Service was great but the food has gone downhill. The famous biscuits tasted bland, the stuffed mushrooms were not great. Caesar salad was perfect. I had ultimate platter and my husband the admirals platter they were fine. But nothing to right home about. Menu has been paired down and nothing really popped out as new and exciting. It is sad to say but I get the feeling that like so many restaurants than have been safe to go to because you know it will always be good, it has not kept up with the times or even kept up with the quality.

We came in late after a school ceremony, the whole family was really hungry. Despite being short that night, the waitstaff went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. My dad is in his 80’s and was really nervous about going out (he hasn’t been out to eat in 2 years) but the waiter Michael made sure he felt safe and even offered me help taking him to the restroom. Such a nice staff they really deserve kudos.
