Wow I was very pleasantly surprised this morning. I have not been here in quite some time, because you either get good food or good service, but never both.
Despite a sign "no staff, please be kind" we got very good service (Thanks, Jasmine!) and the fajitas were pretty amazing. There were 5 of us, and we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

Lack luster restaurant. Chips were greasy and salsa was only fair, plus not complimentary. Limited gluten free options (almost none) and staff not knowledgeable at all about gluten free needs. However, waitperson was super friendly and attentive, thus the only reason for the second star. I ordered fajitas but half the meat in them tasted and smelled bad. Others in our party somewhat enjoyed their orders, including ceviche, beef tacos and chicken burrito but all agreed we'd not return or recommend to others.

Food was okay. Far from great. Considering Covid and the staffing shortage, service was okay. That was until the end. The prices are outrageous and the server was extremely rude when I asked about the fact my child was charged for a full size entree. I likely will not be back. Also, if you have more than 5 people, an 18% tip is automatically added to your ticket. Can confirm, won’t be back.

Good food for such a great value. Our server was very nice although you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed with the crowd.... bless her heart she tried her best! I would definitely recommend this spot

First time here. Had the pork tamales with green chili. Fair sized portions and pretty flavorful. Will definitely be back when in the area. Waitress was friendly and attentive and despite a notice at the front door that they are short staffed and it might take longer, we were waited on and served rather quickly.

Great authentic food! The salsa is awesome! Great prices! We have been to many restaurants in Pueblo and ordered drinks and the drinks are very weak no matter the restaurant. At Garlic and Onions, the drinks are always on spot, perfect and worth what we are paying for!! We highly recommend this restaurant!

If the line is busy give it a few and try again, during rush hour they can't always answer. They do the best they can being short handed. That being said the food is amazing. Would love to try the drinks sometime when I can dine in because they look amazing too.
