I got the most delicious sweet pork chimichanga. The pork was perfect. Not too sweet. I got a ranch to pour over the top and I was so glad that I did! Yum!

Beautiful clean store. The pineapple shrimp salad is delicious definitely a must try. The Mexican pizza is unique to Bajio and so good!

first time going. I had 2 chicken tacos with sweet rice and pinto beans. Great service from the staff. if you are used to hoibg to Cafe Rio, do yourself a favor and try Bajio.

One of my favorite places to eat when in the Provo area(which isn't often enough) love their salad with the lime chicken, sweet rice, and amazing vignette dressing! I always have to buy dressing to take home. Several great menu options too!

Tried the Chimichanga (shredded beef) at this Bajio and my husband had the salad (lime chicken). We absolutely loved it! Reminds us of Barbacoa in SLC.🤩 Yummy corn and sauted onions options. Mango salsa, + all the usual toppings. Adding the hot sauce Marie Sharps Green Habanero was a delicious choice. Made the food a medium spicy. 🥰 Please come to this one instead of Cafe Rio and Coasta Vida sometimes - I think you'll like it more! 😃

Bajio is a good place for good food. It may not be the very best Mexican food you've ever had, but it's filling, tasty, and satisfying. Quick, friendly service is the norm. There isn't anything wrong here and a four star eating is good from me.

We love this place. The salads are huge, and the ingredients are delicious. I especially love the tortillas, and I never pass on the horchata.
For more complicated orders or modifications, I strongly recommend going inside - you have a much better chance of getting your order right.
